鈣源種類和煅燒溫度對合成片狀六鋁酸鈣的影響

【摘要】:為研究鈣源種類和煅燒溫度對制備高純度片狀六鋁酸鈣(CA_6)的影響,以活性氧化鋁為鋁源,分別以方解石、Secar 71水泥和Al-80水泥為鈣源,按CA_6的理論化學(xué)計量比配料,混勻、成型后,在高溫爐中分別于1 350、1 400、1 450、1 500、1 550、1 600和1 650℃保溫3 h,然后利用XRD、SEM及EDS分析合成產(chǎn)物中CA_6的含量、發(fā)育狀況及結(jié)晶形態(tài)。結(jié)果表明:1)以方解石和Secar 71水泥為鈣源時,1 550℃煅燒3 h可獲得最多的CA_6;以Al-80水泥為鈣源時,1 600℃煅燒3 h可獲得最多的CA_6。2)1 550℃煅燒3 h后,以方解石為鈣源的試樣中CA_6為片狀,而以Secar 71水泥為鈣源的試樣中的CA_6多呈棒狀、不規(guī)則形狀和圓粒狀,只有少量呈片狀。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of calcium sources and calcination temperature on the preparation of high purity calcium hexaaluminate (CA6), the active alumina was used as aluminum source, and calcite Secar71 cement and Al-80 cement were used as calcium source respectively. The mixture was mixed evenly and formed according to the theoretical stoichiometric ratio of CA_6.
