采用工業(yè)固廢復(fù)配無機膠凝材料的試驗研究

【摘要】:利用煤矸石底渣、粉煤灰、鎂渣、生石灰和石膏等工業(yè)固廢,通過研磨混料直接復(fù)配無機膠凝材料替代普通硅酸鹽水泥。避免傳統(tǒng)水泥制備工藝中需要煅燒水泥熟料的高能耗和高碳排放。利用XRF和XRD對原料的化學(xué)和物相組成進行分析,對配制的無機膠凝材料物理力學(xué)性能進行測試。結(jié)果表明,通過復(fù)配適量的生石灰,在水的作用下Ca(OH)2對粉煤灰和煤矸石底渣的激發(fā)作用可以極大地提升膠凝材料的強度,3、7和28 d抗壓強度分別可達14.2、22.4、42.1 MPa。
[Abstract]:Industrial solid waste such as coal gangue bottom slag, fly ash, magnesium slag, quicklime and gypsum were used to replace ordinary Portland cement by grinding and mixing inorganic cementitious material directly. Avoid high energy consumption and high carbon emission of calcined cement clinker in traditional cement preparation process. The chemical and phase compositions of the raw materials were analyzed by XRF and XRD, and the physical and mechanical properties of the inorganic cementitious materials were tested. The results show that by adding proper amount of quicklime, Ca(OH)2 can excite fly ash and coal gangue bottom slag under the action of water, which can greatly enhance the compressive strength of cementing material on the 7th and 28th days, respectively.
