分步水熱熱解合成單分散碳微球

【摘要】:以水溶性淀粉為原料,經(jīng)分步水熱處理和高溫?zé)峤庵苽涑隽椒秶鸀?.1~0.4μm的碳微球,分別采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)儀和傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)對碳微球的形貌、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和化學(xué)鍵進(jìn)行分析,并探討了反應(yīng)條件對碳微球形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明,第一步水熱反應(yīng)中保溫溫度和時間對碳微球的分散性有重要的影響,在保溫溫度為160℃,時間為2h的工藝條件下獲得的碳微球表現(xiàn)出最優(yōu)的分散性;第一步水熱后取出的部分溶液與第二步水熱中新加溶液的體積比、第二步水熱中新加溶液的濃度是影響碳微球平均粒徑和產(chǎn)量的重要因素,即平均粒徑和產(chǎn)量隨著溶液體積比的減小而增大,而隨新加溶液濃度的增大而增大;但上述工藝參數(shù)對碳微球的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和化學(xué)鍵影響甚小。
[Abstract]:Carbon microspheres with a particle size of 0.1 ~ 0.4 渭 m were prepared from water-soluble starch by step hydrothermal treatment and pyrolysis at high temperature. The morphology of carbon microspheres was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), respectively. The crystal structure and chemical bond were analyzed and the effects of reaction conditions on the morphology and structure of carbon microspheres were discussed.
