拋光磚廢渣復合發(fā)泡法制備閉孔泡沫陶瓷

【摘要】:以拋光磚廢渣粉為主要原料,采用復合發(fā)泡法制備高溫發(fā)泡陶瓷。通過正交試驗確定了發(fā)泡劑的復合比,研究了復合發(fā)泡機制及燒成制度對發(fā)泡體孔結構和性能的影響。結果表明,多種發(fā)泡劑協(xié)同作用,拓寬了單一發(fā)泡劑的放氣溫度區(qū)間,利于形成均勻封閉的氣孔結構。按炭黑、碳酸鈣、氧化鐵、碳化硅質量比1∶3∶1.5∶1(四者占反應體系的總質量分數為6.5%)與瓷粉等混合制坯,程序升溫至1 160℃下保溫100min,可制得閉氣孔率為62.94%,氣孔直徑為1.2~1.9mm,體積密度為369kg/m~3,吸水率為0.44%,導熱系數為0.079 W/(m·K)的閉孔泡沫陶瓷。
[Abstract]:High-temperature foamed ceramics were prepared by composite foaming method with polished brick slag powder as main raw material. The composite ratio of foaming agent was determined by orthogonal test, and the effects of compound foaming mechanism and sintering system on the pore structure and properties of foaming agent were studied. The results show that the synergistic effect of various foaming agents widens the degassing temperature range of a single foaming agent and is conducive to the formation of a uniform and closed pore structure. According to the mass ratio of carbon black, calcium carbonate, iron oxide and silicon carbide to 1: 3: 1.5: 1 (the total mass fraction of the reaction system is 6.5), the mass ratio of carbon black, calcium carbonate, iron oxide and silicon carbide is mixed with porcelain powder. The closed cell foam ceramics with closed air porosity of 62.94 mm, pore diameter of 1.2 ~ 1.9mm, volume density of 369kg / m ~ (-3), water absorption of 0.44 and thermal conductivity of 0.079 W / m ~ (K) can be prepared by programmed heating to 1 160 鈩,
