再生混凝土新舊界面抗剪性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:建筑垃圾資源化是當(dāng)今社會(huì)一項(xiàng)重要的議題,而再生混凝土技術(shù)為建筑垃圾資源化提供了方向。目前普通混凝土新舊界面抗剪問題存在于各種工程中,包括新建建筑和既有建筑的加固,而再生混凝土新舊界面受力性能研究還很少。如果再生混凝土將來大范圍應(yīng)用,新舊界面受力性能會(huì)成為一個(gè)重要影響因素,而界面抗剪強(qiáng)度是一個(gè)主要影響因素。界面抗剪是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過程,并受到各種因素的影響,因此本文將進(jìn)行大量再生混凝土新老混凝土界面抗剪試驗(yàn),對混凝土新舊界面性能進(jìn)行研究,其主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)本文設(shè)置新舊混凝土界面鑿毛、植筋和界面鑿毛涂抹隔離劑三種工況,通過24個(gè)試件的試驗(yàn),開展了再生混凝土新舊界面抗剪性能的研究,分析了再生混凝土新舊界面植筋抗剪的過程和機(jī)理,提出了鋼筋在界面植筋抗剪過程中的作用機(jī)理。(2)以混凝土強(qiáng)度等級、界面植筋率、再生粗骨料取代率等影響界面抗剪的因素為變量,通過108個(gè)試件開展了再生混凝土新舊界面抗剪承載力的試驗(yàn)研究,得到了各工況下的剪力-剪切位移曲線,對比分析了分析各因素對再生混凝土新舊混凝土界面抗剪的作用,探討了了各個(gè)界面抗剪作用下的變形能力以及對于抗剪延性的改善作用,基于試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,提出了再生混凝土新舊界面抗剪的模型和適用于再生混凝土新舊界面抗剪的建議計(jì)算公式。(3)利用ABAQUS有限元分析軟件進(jìn)行了新舊再生混凝土試件的數(shù)值模擬,對新舊界面抗剪性能進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的分析,結(jié)合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,對比了分析了試驗(yàn)和模擬的結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了植筋對界面抗剪性能的影響。
[Abstract]:The recycling of construction waste is an important issue in the society today, and recycled concrete technology provides the direction for the recycling of construction waste. At present, the shear resistance of new and old interfaces of ordinary concrete exists in all kinds of projects, including the reinforcement of new buildings and existing buildings, but the research on the mechanical properties of the new and old interfaces of recycled concrete is still few. If recycled concrete is widely used in the future, the mechanical properties of the new and old interfaces will become an important factor, and the shear strength of the interface will be a major factor. The interfacial shear resistance is a complex process and affected by various factors. Therefore, a large number of tests on the interfacial shear resistance of recycled concrete, new and old concrete, will be carried out in this paper to study the properties of new and old concrete interface. The main contents are as follows: (1) in this paper, we set up three working conditions of new and old concrete interface haircut, planting tendons and interfacial hair-chiseling and smearing isolator. Through the experiments of 24 specimens, the shear resistance of regenerated concrete interface between new and old is studied. In this paper, the process and mechanism of shear resistance of regenerated concrete with new and old interface are analyzed, and the mechanism of reinforcement acting in the process of shear resistance is put forward. The concrete strength grade and the ratio of interfacial reinforcement are put forward. The influence factors such as the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate on the shear resistance of the interface are variables. Through 108 specimens, the shear bearing capacity of the new and old interface of recycled concrete is studied, and the shear displacement curves under various working conditions are obtained. The effects of various factors on the shear resistance of recycled concrete between new and old concrete are compared and analyzed. The deformation capacity of each interface and the improvement of shear ductility are discussed, based on the experimental results. The model of new and old interface shear resistance of recycled concrete and the formula for calculating the new and old interface shear resistance of recycled concrete are proposed. The numerical simulation of new and old recycled concrete specimens is carried out by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The shear properties of the new and old interfaces are analyzed. The results of test and simulation are compared, and the effect of planting bars on the shear properties of the interface is verified.
