硫酸鹽光亮鍍錫添加劑篩選及工藝優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:硫酸鹽光亮鍍錫工藝因鍍層光亮、結(jié)晶細(xì)致、可焊性好,鍍液成分簡(jiǎn)單,電流效率高,原料易得,操作工藝簡(jiǎn)單等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于電子、食品等工業(yè),在國(guó)內(nèi)外得到廣泛的關(guān)注。我國(guó)對(duì)光亮鍍錫添加劑的研究相對(duì)較晚,添加劑種類相對(duì)較少,導(dǎo)致鍍錫溶液的許多問(wèn)題還未得到解決,如電鍍液不穩(wěn)定、易渾濁,電鍍工作溫度區(qū)間較窄、添加劑毒性大等問(wèn)題。因此,有必要開(kāi)發(fā)新的硫酸鹽光亮鍍錫添加劑及其溶液,改善問(wèn)題的同時(shí)促進(jìn)鍍錫液的國(guó)產(chǎn)化。本文通過(guò)Hull槽試驗(yàn)和鍍液性能檢測(cè),確定了硫酸鹽光亮鍍錫添加劑的組分含量并優(yōu)化了工藝條件,其最佳組分含量及工藝參數(shù)為:硫酸lOOmL/L、硫酸亞錫 30g/L、芐叉丙酮 0.lg/L、NP-10 2mL/L、OP-10 0.5mL/L、煙酸 0.3g/L、苯甲酸1.8 g/L、酒石酸鉀鈉0.8 g/L、酒石酸3 g/L、草酸3 g/L、抗壞血酸3 g/L、溫度20℃、時(shí)間5min、電流密度1.5A/dm2。使用該配方及工藝條件獲得的鍍錫層在Hull槽試驗(yàn)下可以覆蓋整個(gè)試件,鍍層達(dá)到二級(jí)光亮,并且表面無(wú)國(guó)標(biāo)中規(guī)定的缺陷。對(duì)鍍液性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,研究表明鍍液綜合性能良好:穩(wěn)定性好,自然放置兩個(gè)月以上不變質(zhì);分散能力高達(dá)88—94%;覆蓋能力高達(dá)100%;電流效率接近100%;并且添加劑能增大陰極的極化作用。對(duì)鍍層性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,發(fā)現(xiàn)鍍層與基體間的結(jié)合力和可焊性都比較好,兩者均達(dá)到國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。SEM測(cè)試結(jié)果表明鍍層全區(qū)平整、均勻,沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)由于析氫產(chǎn)生條紋狀從而造成鍍層起伏不平、表面粗糙等問(wèn)題,晶粒細(xì)小且密集。
[Abstract]:Because of the advantages of bright plating, fine crystallization, good solderability, simple composition of plating bath, high current efficiency, easy access to raw materials and simple operation process, sulfate bright tin plating process has been widely used in electronic, food and other industries. In the domestic and foreign widespread attention. The study of bright tin plating additives in China is relatively late and the kinds of additives are relatively few. Many problems of tin plating solution have not been solved, such as the instability of electroplating solution, the turbidity of electroplating solution, and the narrow working temperature range of electroplating.
