釩鐵爐渣對礬土基自流澆注料性能的影響

【摘要】:以礬土、釩鐵爐渣、硅灰為主要原料,鋁酸鹽水泥為結(jié)合劑,制備了礬土基自流澆注料。測試了試樣的常溫抗折強(qiáng)度、耐壓強(qiáng)度、燒后線變化率,利用X射線衍射(XRD)分析了燒后試樣的物相組成,采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察和分析了燒后試樣的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:隨著礬鐵爐渣加入量的增加,110℃烘后試樣強(qiáng)度逐漸降低,1350℃燒后試樣強(qiáng)度先增大后減小,試樣的體積密度略有降低,形成的鎂鋁尖晶石相逐漸增多,試樣燒后線變化率由收縮轉(zhuǎn)為膨脹;引入適量的礬鐵爐渣,有益于礬土基澆注料燒結(jié)強(qiáng)度的提高,同時(shí)能夠有效保持材料的體積穩(wěn)定性,其最佳加入量為40%。
[Abstract]:Bauxite based self-flowing castable was prepared with bauxite, ferrovanadium slag, silica fume as main raw material and aluminate cement as binder. The flexural strength at room temperature, compressive strength and linear variation rate after firing were measured. The phase composition of the sample was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microstructure of the sample was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the strength of the samples decreases gradually after baking at 110 鈩,
