【摘要】:正冷藏或冷凍是當(dāng)前最常用的食品保鮮手段,由于氨有較好的熱力學(xué)特性、良好的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性、單位容積制冷量大、價(jià)格低廉和制取方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),目前大多數(shù)大中型冷庫(kù)都是采用氨作為制冷劑。但由于氨本身所具有的可引起化學(xué)爆炸、燃燒或氨中毒事故等特性,氨一旦泄漏或發(fā)生爆炸,可能給涉氨制冷企業(yè)造成嚴(yán)重的人員傷亡和經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。近年來(lái),我國(guó)多家涉氨制冷企業(yè)因氨泄漏而導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)安全事故。
[Abstract]:Positive refrigeration or freezing is the most commonly used method for food preservation at present. Because ammonia has good thermodynamic properties, good chemical stability, large refrigerating capacity per unit volume, low price and convenient preparation, etc. At present, ammonia is used as refrigerant in most large and medium refrigerants. However, ammonia itself can cause chemical explosion, combustion or ammonia poisoning accidents, ammonia leakage or explosion, may cause serious casualties and economic losses to ammonia refrigeration enterprises. In recent years, many ammonia refrigeration enterprises in China caused production safety accidents due to ammonia leakage.
