氧化鋁纖維增強泡沫玻璃

【摘要】:本文以廢玻璃粉為原料,CaCO_3為發(fā)泡劑,氧化鋁纖維為增強劑,采用熔融發(fā)泡法制備泡沫玻璃。研究了發(fā)泡溫度、發(fā)泡劑含量、纖維含量等因素對泡沫玻璃性能的影響。采用材料試驗機、SEM、阿基米德法分析測試手段,對泡沫玻璃氣泡結(jié)構(gòu)、體積密度、氣孔率以及抗壓強度等進行了表征和分析。結(jié)果顯示:隨著氧化鋁纖維含量的增加,泡沫玻璃的強度提高,氣孔逐漸減小,均勻性變差。當(dāng)氧化鋁纖維含量為5%,發(fā)泡劑含量4%,燒結(jié)溫度為820℃時,樣品的平均抗壓強度為3.5MPa、抗折強度為1.6MPa、氣孔率為84%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, foamed glass was prepared by melting foaming method with waste glass powder as raw material CaCO3 as foaming agent and alumina fiber as reinforcer. The effects of foaming temperature, foaming agent content and fiber content on the properties of foamed glass were studied. The bubble structure, bulk density, porosity and compressive strength of foamed glass were characterized and analyzed by means of material testing machine (SEM) and Archimedes method. The results show that with the increase of alumina fiber content, the strength of foamed glass increases, the porosity decreases and the uniformity becomes worse. When the alumina fiber content is 5, foaming agent content is 4 and sintering temperature is 820 鈩,
