摻N、S綜纖維素基水熱炭的制備及其表征

【摘要】:為了得到一種具有較高比表面積且摻雜N、S元素的新型碳材料,且為這種碳材料的應(yīng)用提供一定的數(shù)據(jù)支持,以楊木木粉制得的綜纖維素為原料,以氨水和正硅酸乙酯反應(yīng)制得的納米SiO_2為模板劑,L-半胱氨酸作為N、S元素的來源,采用水熱炭化法在一定溫度下制得了水熱炭材料,并在氮氣氣氛下對其進行燒結(jié)處理。通過SEM、能譜分析、XPS、TG-DTG等測試方法對其進行表征,結(jié)果表明,本實驗制得最終產(chǎn)物含有N、S元素,其質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為17.07%和1.81%,比表面積為220 m~2/g,較參照樣具有顯著提高,并顯示出良好的熱穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain a new kind of carbon material with high specific surface area and doped with N, S element, and provide certain data support for the application of this kind of carbon material, the nano SiO_2 obtained by the reaction of ammonia water and ethyl orthosilicate was used as the template, and L- cysteine was used as the source of N, S element, and the water used water. Hot carbonization has been made at a certain temperature and has been sintered under nitrogen atmosphere at a certain temperature. It is characterized by SEM, energy spectrum analysis, XPS, TG-DTG and other testing methods. The results show that the final product contains N and S elements, with the mass fraction of 17.07% and 1.81% respectively, and the specific surface area is 220 m~2/g, compared with the reference. The samples showed marked improvement and showed good thermal stability.
