【摘要】:氟化石墨是一種石墨層間化合物,主要以石墨和含氟物質(zhì)為原料反應(yīng)合成。隨著科技的發(fā)展,由于其具有表面能低、電活性高、潤滑性好、憎水憎油性強(qiáng)及獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)特性等特點(diǎn),被越來越多的應(yīng)用到電池的活性材料、復(fù)合材料、吸音材料、防吸附材料、石墨烯和氟化石墨烯材料等領(lǐng)域。同時(shí),在氟化石墨的合成設(shè)備、反應(yīng)條件及原料性質(zhì)等方面的研究也有了較大的進(jìn)步,對高效、環(huán)保、安全的氟化石墨生產(chǎn)工藝的完善起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:Graphite fluoride is a kind of graphite interlayer compound, which is mainly synthesized from graphite and fluorine. With the development of science and technology, due to its low surface energy, high electrical activity, good lubricity, strong hydrophobicity and oil repellency and unique structural characteristics, it has been used in more and more active materials of batteries, composite materials, sound absorbent materials, etc. Anti-adsorption materials, graphene and graphene fluoride materials and other fields. At the same time, great progress has been made in the synthesis equipment, reaction conditions and raw material properties of graphite fluoride, which plays an important role in the improvement of high efficiency, environmental protection and safety production process of graphite fluoride.
