鉬酸根陰離子印跡陶瓷膜的制備與吸附性能

【摘要】:以三氧化二鋁陶瓷膜為載體,以鉬酸根陰離子為模板離子,1-乙烯基咪唑為功能單體,1,6-二溴己烷為交聯(lián)劑,采用表面印跡和接枝聚合方法制備了能選擇性吸附Mo(Ⅵ)的新型印跡陶瓷膜(IIP-PVI/CM).采用紅外光譜、X射線光電子能譜、熱重分析及掃描電子顯微鏡等方法對陶瓷膜進行結構表征.研究了pH值對吸附性能的影響,當pH值范圍為2~4時,IIP-PVI/CM具有良好吸附能力;動力學和熱力學結果表明,IIP-PVI/CM對Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附符合準二級動力學模型和Langmuir吸附模型;當pH=4.0和溫度為30℃時,IIP-PVI/CM對Mo(Ⅵ)具有良好選擇性,Mo(Ⅵ)對W(Ⅵ)的選擇性系數(shù)高達7.48;動態(tài)吸附結果表明,IIP-PVI/CM對W(Ⅵ)和Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附飽和時間分別為24和47 min,飽和吸附量分別為0.163和0.672 mmol/100 g,動態(tài)吸附時IIP-PVI/CM亦具有良好選擇性;經(jīng)9次吸附與解吸后,IIP-PVI/CM對Mo(Ⅵ)吸附容量仍可達到初始值的92%,再生和循環(huán)使用性能良好.
[Abstract]:Aluminum trioxide ceramic membrane was used as carrier, and molybdate anion as template ion, 1-vinylimidazole as functional monomer, 1-dibromohexane as crosslinking agent. A novel imprinted ceramic membrane, IIP-PVI / CMN, was prepared by surface imprinting and graft polymerization. The structure of the ceramic film was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope. The effect of pH value on the adsorption performance was studied. The adsorption ability of IIP-PVI / CM was found to be good when pH was in the range of 2 ~ 4, and the results of kinetics and thermodynamics showed that the adsorption of Mo (鈪,
