稀土摻雜光伏玻璃工藝制備及光學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:能源短缺和環(huán)境污染越來越制約著社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,而太陽能光伏發(fā)電因其具有良好的可持續(xù)發(fā)展性,目前已成為人類能源結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵組成部分。所以如何更有效的利用太陽能光伏發(fā)電已成為目前國內(nèi)外研究的熱點。由于稀土離子具有多能級特性,在激發(fā)光源的激發(fā)下產(chǎn)生上轉(zhuǎn)換或下轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光。利用這種發(fā)光特性,可將太陽能電池半導(dǎo)體材料不能夠響應(yīng)的光能轉(zhuǎn)換為可利用的能量,從而提高太陽能的利用率。故稀土摻雜硅酸鹽玻璃在太陽能光伏電池中有著潛在的實際應(yīng)用價值。稀土發(fā)光玻璃材料在制備過程中需要有性能良好的玻璃材料為基質(zhì),以往大部分的研究,基質(zhì)玻璃材料大多以氟氧玻璃、微晶材料以及玻璃陶瓷等為主,至于機(jī)械性能強(qiáng),化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定好的硅酸鹽玻璃則相對少見。本文通過高溫熔融法實現(xiàn)對稀土Ce~(3+)/Sm~(3+)/Eu~(3+)離子摻雜硅酸鹽玻璃的制備,獲得發(fā)光玻璃樣品。并采用紫外-可見-紅外分光光度計測試玻璃樣品的透過率曲線、熒光分光光度計分析玻璃樣品的激發(fā)光譜和發(fā)射光譜、以及采用XRD圖譜表征發(fā)光玻璃樣品的玻璃態(tài)。通過對稀土Ce~(3+)/Sm~(3+)/Eu~(3+)離子單摻及雙摻玻璃樣品的一系列性能表征及光譜測試,結(jié)果表明了稀土Ce~(3+)/Sm~(3+)/Eu~(3+)離子單摻及雙摻的硅酸鹽玻璃均可吸收半導(dǎo)體不響應(yīng)的紫外光,并通過下轉(zhuǎn)換作用發(fā)射出可見光的良好發(fā)光性能。
[Abstract]:Energy shortage and environmental pollution are increasingly restricting the sustainable development of society. Solar photovoltaic power generation has become a key component of human energy structure because of its good sustainable development. Therefore, how to make more effective use of solar photovoltaic power generation has become a hot spot at home and abroad. Because rare earth ions have multi-level characteristics, upconversion or downconversion luminescence is produced under excitation of excitation light source. Using this luminescent property, the light energy of solar cell semiconductor material can be converted into available energy, and the utilization rate of solar energy can be improved. So rare earth doped silicate glass has potential application value in solar photovoltaic cells. Rare earth luminescent glass materials need to have good performance glass materials as the matrix in the preparation process. In the past, most of the matrix glass materials were fluorinated glass, glass-ceramics and glass-ceramics, but the mechanical properties of the matrix glass materials were strong. Silicate glasses with stable chemical properties are relatively rare. In this paper, the preparation of silicate glass doped with rare earth Ce~(3 / Sm ~ (3 +) / EU ~ (3 +) ions was carried out by high temperature melting method, and the luminescent glass samples were obtained. The transmittance curves of glass samples were measured by UV-Vis IR spectrophotometer, the excitation and emission spectra of glass samples were analyzed by fluorescence spectrophotometer, and the glass states of luminescent glass samples were characterized by XRD spectra. A series of properties and spectroscopic tests of rare earth Ce~(3 / Sm ~ 3 / EU ~ (3 +) -doped and double doped glass samples are carried out. The results show that rare earth Ce~(3 / Ce~(3 / Sm ~ (3 / EU ~ (3) -doped silicate glasses can absorb ultraviolet light which is not responsive to semiconductors. And through the downconversion effect, the visible light emitting good luminescence performance.
