葡萄糖改性聚羧酸減水劑的合成與性能

【摘要】:以葡萄糖(G)作為原料,在冰水浴的條件和丙烯酰氯進行酰氯化反應得到丙烯酸葡萄糖酯(AGE)。通過自由基共聚法將甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG-2400)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸葡萄糖酯聚合得到改性的聚羧酸減水劑,討論了不同條件對聚羧酸減水劑性能的影響。通過紅外譜圖(FTIR)等手段對丙烯酸葡萄糖酯和共聚物進行了表征。實驗中獲得的最佳條件是:反應溫度為60℃,反應時間為3.5h,甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸和丙烯酸葡萄糖酯的摩爾比是1∶3∶0.5。通過凈漿流動度實驗表明,改性后的聚羧酸減水劑在1h以內可以保持流動度為280mm不變,同時對比了未改性的聚羧酸減水劑和只加入葡萄糖單體的聚羧酸減水劑,結果表明改性后的聚羧酸減水劑在分散和保持性能方面有了很大提高。
[Abstract]:Glucose acrylate (AGEN) was obtained by acylation reaction of acylonyl chloride with acyl chloride under the condition of ice bath. The modified polycarboxylic acid water reducer was prepared by polymerization of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG-2400) and glucose acrylate by free radical copolymerization. The effects of different conditions on the properties of polycarboxylic acid water reducer were discussed. Glucose acrylate and copolymer were characterized by FTIR.
