【摘要】:回轉(zhuǎn)窯作為水泥、建材、冶金等行業(yè)中的重要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,其技術(shù)性能和運轉(zhuǎn)情況在很大程度上決定著企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和成本。由于回轉(zhuǎn)窯傾斜安裝在托輪裝置上,托輪承受著來自窯體的全部重量,窯體和托輪會因自身重力產(chǎn)生沿軸向的分力,同時在回轉(zhuǎn)窯運轉(zhuǎn)過程中,因輪帶與托輪之間的摩擦亦會使托輪受到沿軸向的推力。托輪受到的軸向推力較大時,會引起托輪軸瓦發(fā)熱、托輪軸相對滑動、筒體上下竄動等現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,托輪因此出現(xiàn)不同程度的損壞,導(dǎo)致各運動部件的磨損加劇、受力不均,引發(fā)生產(chǎn)事故,為企業(yè)帶來巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。因此,測量托輪推力可以幫助設(shè)備維護(hù)人員判斷托輪當(dāng)前的工作狀態(tài),有效地避免因托輪問題帶來的經(jīng)常性停窯等損失,對于維護(hù)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本具有重要的實際意義。目前,國內(nèi)外尚沒有能夠推廣使用的托輪推力測量儀器設(shè)備,因此有必要研制一種使用方便、測量精確,適用于實際現(xiàn)場的托輪軸向推力測量裝置。通過對水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的調(diào)查分析,以回轉(zhuǎn)窯托輪受力產(chǎn)生原因為理論基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計了一種測量托輪推力的專用傳感器。該傳感器的研制解決了托輪推力作用下因軸承底座發(fā)生變形較小引起的低靈敏度輸出和因筒體一側(cè)高溫輻射引起的傳感器兩側(cè)溫度不同造成傳感器產(chǎn)生虛假輸出的兩大技術(shù)難題,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的高分辨率要求,并針對推力傳感器現(xiàn)場工作中受一側(cè)高溫輻射影響的情況,提出了全橋測量的雙溫度補償技術(shù)。同時解決了因托輪受力的耦合性帶來的影響,實現(xiàn)托輪軸向推力的獨立測量。在設(shè)計制作推力傳感器的基礎(chǔ)上,實現(xiàn)了傳感器的現(xiàn)場安裝、標(biāo)定及在線監(jiān)測,為設(shè)備維護(hù)者提供了重要的參考依據(jù),滿足實際生產(chǎn)需求,且測量結(jié)果可靠,具有一定的推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Rotary kiln is an important production equipment in cement, building materials, metallurgy and other industries. Its technical performance and operation condition largely determine the quality and cost of enterprise products. Because the rotary kiln is inclined to be installed on the supporting wheel device, the supporting wheel bears all the weight from the kiln body. The kiln body and the supporting wheel will produce axial forces due to their own gravity, and in the process of rotary kiln operation, The friction between the roller and the roller also causes the wheel to be thrust along the axis. When the axial thrust of the supporting wheel is larger, it will cause the heat of the bearing, the relative sliding of the bearing shaft, the up-and-down movement of the cylinder, and the damage of the supporting wheel in varying degrees, which results in the wear and tear of the moving parts being aggravated and the force being unevenly distributed. Cause production accident, bring huge economic loss for enterprise. Therefore, measuring the thrust of the supporting wheel can help the maintenance personnel to judge the current working state of the supporting wheel, effectively avoid the loss of frequent kiln stoppage caused by the problem of the supporting wheel, and have important practical significance for the maintenance of the production cost of the enterprise. At present, there is no universal instrument and equipment to measure the thrust of supporting wheel at home and abroad, so it is necessary to develop a kind of supporting wheel axial thrust measuring device which is easy to use, accurate in measurement and suitable for actual field. Based on the investigation and analysis of cement rotary kiln production site, a special sensor is designed to measure the thrust of the rotary kiln. The development of the sensor solves the problem of low sensitivity output caused by small deformation of bearing base under the action of supporting wheel thrust and the false output caused by the difference of temperature between the two sides of the sensor caused by high temperature radiation from one side of the cylinder. Two major technical problems, The expected high resolution requirement is achieved and a dual-temperature compensation technique for full-bridge measurement is proposed in view of the fact that the thrust sensor is affected by one side of high temperature radiation in the field work. At the same time, the influence of coupling of bearing wheel is solved, and the independent measurement of axial thrust is realized. Based on the design and manufacture of the thrust sensor, the field installation, calibration and on-line monitoring of the sensor are realized, which provides an important reference basis for the maintenance of the equipment and meets the actual production requirements, and the measurement results are reliable. Has certain promotion value.
