關(guān)于云南磷石膏基膠凝材料的制備以及經(jīng)濟(jì)分析

【摘要】:我國是一個農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)對磷肥、磷酸的需求量巨大,工業(yè)大量生產(chǎn)磷肥磷酸就會產(chǎn)生大量副產(chǎn)磷石膏。同時,我國對天然石膏的需求量也巨大,而天然石膏是寶貴的不可再生資源。因此將磷石膏資源化再利用,替代天然石膏進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)利用,不僅可以消除磷石膏帶來的環(huán)境危害,而且還可以節(jié)約天然石膏資源,同時還帶來可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。因此,將磷石膏資源化再利用就顯得意義非凡。本實驗研究了利用磷石膏制備出符合國家建材行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的云南磷建筑石膏膠凝材料制品(α-型半水石膏;石膏基自流平砂漿),并進(jìn)行實驗參數(shù)優(yōu)化,結(jié)合其質(zhì)量性能、單位成本對云南磷建筑石膏基膠凝材料制品的綜合效益進(jìn)行分析。本文主要成果如下:1.本研究對去除磷石膏的主要雜質(zhì),磷、氟化物、有機(jī)物進(jìn)行了大量實驗。在傳統(tǒng)常用的3種預(yù)處理方法:石灰中合法、水洗法、浮選法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我省云天化集團(tuán)三環(huán)化工有限公司所提供的磷石膏的性質(zhì)形態(tài),提出了新的預(yù)處理方法檸檬洗滌法。該方法可以有效去除磷石膏中的大量雜質(zhì),且使得石膏晶體良好發(fā)展。2.本研究制備出α-半水石膏符合國家建材行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《α型高強(qiáng)石膏》JC/T2038-2010中α25標(biāo)號等級的α-半水石膏,并且通過運(yùn)用Matlab(7.0版本)對實驗參數(shù)進(jìn)行直觀分析,進(jìn)行實驗參數(shù)優(yōu)化。3.本研究以制備得出的α-半水石膏為主要膠凝材料,能夠制備出符合國家建材行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《石膏基自流平砂漿》JC/T1023-2007的石膏基自流平砂漿。并且利用Matlab(7.0版本)對實驗參數(shù)進(jìn)行直觀分析,進(jìn)行實驗參數(shù)優(yōu)化。4.本研究對實驗所制備的云南磷建筑石膏膠凝材料制品進(jìn)行了單位成分析和綜合效益分析,本研究提出:有效利用云南磷石膏進(jìn)行石膏膠凝材料制品的制備,可以減少堆場投資費(fèi)用,場地維護(hù)費(fèi)用,其材料制品可以帶來可觀經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。同時也為云南環(huán)境保護(hù)做出了貢獻(xiàn),為新型墻體和地面材料的發(fā)展提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Our country is a big agricultural country, the demand of phosphate fertilizer in agriculture is huge, the production of phosphate fertilizer phosphoric acid in industry will produce a large amount of phosphogypsum, which is a by-product. At the same time, the demand for natural gypsum in China is also huge, and natural gypsum is a valuable non-renewable resource. Therefore, reusing phosphogypsum to replace natural gypsum can not only eliminate the environmental harm brought by phosphogypsum, but also save the natural gypsum resource, and bring considerable economic and social benefits at the same time. Therefore, it is of great significance to reuse phosphogypsum. In this paper, we studied the preparation of Yunnan phosphogypsum cementitious material (偽-type hemihydrate gypsum, gypsum based self leveling mortar) using phosphogypsum, and optimized the experimental parameters, combined with its quality and performance. The unit cost is used to analyze the comprehensive benefit of phosphogypsum based cementitious products in Yunnan. The main results of this paper are as follows: 1. In this study, a large number of experiments were carried out to remove major impurities, phosphorus, fluoride and organic compounds from phosphogypsum. On the basis of three traditional pretreatment methods: lime method, water washing method and flotation method, combined with the properties and forms of phosphogypsum provided by Yuntian Chemical Group Sanhuan Chemical Co., Ltd. A new pretreatment method, lemon washing, was proposed. This method can effectively remove a large amount of impurity in phosphogypsum and make gypsum crystal develop well. In this study, 偽 -hemihydrate gypsum with 偽 -25 grade in JC/T2038-2010 was prepared according to the national building materials industry standard < 偽 type high-strength gypsum >, and the experimental parameters were analyzed intuitively by using Matlab(7.0 version, and the experimental parameters were optimized. In this study, the 偽 -hemihydrate gypsum was used as the main cementing material, and the gypsum based self-leveling mortar which was in accordance with the national standard of building materials industry < gypsum based self-leveling mortar > JC/T1023-2007 was prepared. And use Matlab(7.0 version) to carry on the visual analysis to the experiment parameter, carry on the experiment parameter optimization. 4. In this study, the unit analysis and comprehensive benefit analysis of Yunnan phosphogypsum gypsum cementitious products were carried out, and it was proposed that Yunnan phosphogypsum be used effectively to prepare gypsum cementitious material products. It can reduce the cost of investment and maintenance of yard, and its material and products can bring considerable economic benefit. At the same time, it also contributes to the environmental protection of Yunnan, and provides a certain reference for the development of new wall and ground materials.
