提高光伏玻璃透光率的研究概述

【摘要】:能源短缺已經(jīng)成為阻礙當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重大問題,開發(fā)新型能源已經(jīng)受到廣泛的共識。太陽能作為一種無污染、可再生能源,它的利用受到越來越多的重視。太陽能光伏玻璃的透光率在太陽能利用方面起著重要的作用,所以如何提高光伏玻璃的透光率已成為光伏行業(yè)一項重大的研究課題。光伏玻璃作為光伏電池組件封裝的重要組成部分,是直接應(yīng)用在太陽能光伏發(fā)電組件上,具有傳遞和控制光線,或?qū)С鲭娏髯饔玫牟AМa(chǎn)品。光伏玻璃的透光率是影響太陽能光伏電池轉(zhuǎn)換效能的重要因素,然而它受到玻璃中金屬含量,壓延花型以及玻璃表面薄膜制備方法等很多因素的影響。本文介紹了影響光伏玻璃透光率的因素,并且詳細(xì)地概述了提高光伏玻璃透光率的方法以及對這些方法所做的研究,為下一階段的研究提供了方向。
[Abstract]:Energy shortage has become a major problem hindering the development of the world economy, the development of new energy has been widely agreed. As a kind of non-pollution and renewable energy, solar energy has been paid more and more attention to. The transmittance of solar photovoltaic glass plays an important role in the utilization of solar energy, so how to improve the transmittance of photovoltaic glass has become an important research topic in photovoltaic industry. Photovoltaic glass, as an important part of photovoltaic cell package, is a kind of glass product which is directly used in solar photovoltaic module, which can transfer and control light, or derive current. The transmittance of photovoltaic glass is an important factor affecting the conversion efficiency of solar photovoltaic cells. However, it is affected by many factors, such as the metal content in the glass, the calendering pattern and the preparation method of the thin film on the glass surface. In this paper, the factors affecting the transmittance of photovoltaic glass are introduced, and the methods to improve the transmittance of photovoltaic glass are summarized in detail.
