【摘要】：對(duì)以鋅冶煉煙氣生產(chǎn)的工業(yè)濃硫酸為原料,采用蒸餾法生產(chǎn)分析純硫酸過程中影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的因素進(jìn)行分析,實(shí)踐中通過改進(jìn),產(chǎn)品合格率穩(wěn)步提高。用自產(chǎn)的98%濃硫酸生產(chǎn)分析純硫酸,避免了濃硫酸周轉(zhuǎn)和庫存所帶來的分析純硫酸品質(zhì)的波動(dòng),為分析純硫酸生產(chǎn)提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:The factors affecting the quality of pure sulfuric acid in the process of production and analysis of pure sulfuric acid by distillation were analyzed using industrial concentrated sulfuric acid produced by zinc smelting flue gas as raw material. In practice, through improvement, the qualified rate of the product was improved steadily. The analysis of pure sulfuric acid with 98% concentrated sulfuric acid produced by itself avoids the fluctuation of the quality of analytical pure sulfuric acid brought about by the turnover and inventory of concentrated sulfuric acid and provides a new way of thinking for the analysis of pure sulfuric acid production.
