粉煤灰制備硅酸鈣粉體及其性能表征

【摘要】:研究了采用加堿浸出—混合氧化鈣的方法從粉煤灰中制備硅酸鈣粉體。考察了浸出溫度、浸出時(shí)間、堿液濃度、液固比對(duì)硅鋁浸出率的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明在浸出溫度為90℃、浸出時(shí)間為5 h、堿液質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為40%、液固質(zhì)量比為10的條件下硅鋁的浸出效果最佳。同時(shí)考察了制備硅酸鈣的影響因素,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明在反應(yīng)溫度為90℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2.5 h、攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速為30 r/s條件下可制得較純的硅酸鈣制品。對(duì)制備的硅酸鈣粉體進(jìn)行了表征。
