【摘要】:本文研究電熔鎂鋁尖晶石和輕燒鎂粉對合成鎂鐵鋁復合尖晶石的影響。電熔鎂鋁尖晶石和輕燒鎂粉分別與氫氧化鐵、活性氧化鋁混合均勻制得Ф20 mm×10 mm的試樣,在空氣氣氛燒結條件下,于1550℃×6 h高溫燒成。采用XRD、SEM和EDS等手段對燒后試樣的物相組成和顯微結構進行表征。結果表明:加入電熔鎂鋁尖晶石的試樣中存在剛玉相、赤鐵礦、鐵鋁尖晶石相和鎂鐵鋁復合尖晶石相四種礦物相,鎂鐵鋁復合尖晶石的化學式為Mg_(7.96)Al_(15.31)Fe_(0.68)O_(32);加入輕燒鎂粉的試樣中存在剛玉相、鐵鋁尖晶石相和鎂鐵鋁復合尖晶石相三種礦物相,鎂鐵鋁復合尖晶石的化學式為Al_(15.71)Mg_(3.35)Fe_(4.94)O_(32);加入電熔鎂鋁尖晶石的試樣中鐵鋁尖晶石的晶粒尺寸和鎂鐵鋁復合尖晶石相差無幾,加入輕燒鎂粉的試樣中鐵鋁尖晶石的晶粒尺寸明顯大于鎂鐵鋁復合尖晶石。
[Abstract]:The effect of fused magnesia-aluminum spinel and lightly burned magnesia powder on the synthesis of magnesia-Fe-Al composite spinel is studied in this paper.
