具有不同界面相厚度的混凝土動(dòng)態(tài)特性

【摘要】:在細(xì)觀層次上,可將混凝土看作由水泥砂漿、粗骨料和界面相組成的三相復(fù)合材料。為探討界面相對(duì)混凝土動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)特性的影響,編寫(xiě)了含界面相的圓形骨料隨機(jī)分布程序,并對(duì)具有不同界面相厚度的混凝土動(dòng)態(tài)破壞過(guò)程進(jìn)行模擬,揭示界面相厚度、粗骨料大小、粗骨料體積分?jǐn)?shù)和試件尺寸對(duì)混凝土動(dòng)態(tài)特性的影響規(guī)律。研究表明:與普通混凝土相同,含界面相的混凝土表現(xiàn)出明顯的尺寸效應(yīng);隨著界面相厚度的增大,混凝土承載能力逐漸減小;保持界面相厚度和粗骨料尺寸不變時(shí),隨著粗骨料體積分?jǐn)?shù)的增加,混凝土承載能力呈先增大后減小趨勢(shì);保持粗骨料最小粒徑和界面相厚度不變時(shí),隨著粗骨料最大粒徑的增大,混凝土承載能力呈先增大后減小趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:At the meso-level, concrete can be regarded as a three-phase composite composed of cement mortar, coarse aggregate and interfacial phase. In order to investigate the influence of interface on dynamic mechanical properties of concrete, a random distribution program of circular aggregate with interface phase was compiled, and the dynamic failure process of concrete with different interfacial phase thickness was simulated to reveal the thickness of interface phase. The influence of coarse aggregate size, coarse aggregate volume fraction and specimen size on the dynamic characteristics of concrete. The results show that the concrete with interfacial phase exhibits obvious size effect, the bearing capacity of concrete decreases with the increase of interface phase thickness, and the thickness of interface phase and the size of coarse aggregate are kept constant. With the increase of the volume fraction of coarse aggregate, the bearing capacity of concrete increases first and then decreases, while keeping the minimum particle size of coarse aggregate and the thickness of interface phase unchanged, with the increase of maximum particle size of coarse aggregate, The bearing capacity of concrete increases first and then decreases.
