造孔劑對(duì)粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷性能的影響

【摘要】:利用粉煤灰、赤泥為主要原料制備粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷,研究漂珠和氧化鋁空心球2種造孔劑對(duì)粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷的基本物性和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。SEM顯示漂珠制備的粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷中漂珠大部分形成的是閉氣孔,而氧化鋁空心球顆粒外殼之間相互發(fā)生反應(yīng),晶體向空心球內(nèi)部增長,形成較多的連通氣孔,影響其保溫性能和強(qiáng)度。在造孔劑摻量為15%時(shí),漂珠制備的多孔陶瓷收縮率比氧化鋁空心球制備的低6.7%,氣孔率高3.7%,性能穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Fly ash based porous ceramics were prepared by using fly ash and red mud as main raw materials. The effect of two kinds of pore-making agents on the basic physical properties and microstructure of fly ash based porous ceramics. SEM shows that most of the floating beads are air-closed pores in the fly ash based porous ceramics prepared by drifter beads and alumina hollow spheres, and the effect of these two pore-making agents on the basic physical properties and microstructure of fly ash based porous ceramics is studied. However, the shell of alumina hollow spheres reacts with each other, and the crystal grows into the hollow spheres, forming more continuous air holes, which affect the thermal insulation performance and strength of alumina hollow spheres. When the amount of pore-forming agent is 15, the shrinkage of the porous ceramics prepared by bleach beads is 6.7% lower than that prepared by alumina hollow spheres, and the porosity is 3.7. the properties of the porous ceramics are stable.
