耐高壓鋁電解電容器陽極箔制備工藝研究

【摘要】:鋁電解電容器在集成電路中是一種難于集成的電子元件,高比容化一直是其研究方向。近年來,超高壓鋁電解電容器的需求變的越來越迫切,超高壓陽極箔是制備超高壓鋁電解電容器的關(guān)鍵材料,決定著鋁電解電容器的比容等各項(xiàng)電性能。本文以比容為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),研究了腐蝕條件和緩蝕劑的使用對(duì)超高壓(700Vfe)鋁電解電容器用陽極箔比容的影響規(guī)律,嘗試了制備高介電常數(shù)復(fù)合氧化膜,研究了其對(duì)提高超高壓陽極箔比容的影響規(guī)律。采用正交法研究了發(fā)孔溫度、電流密度、時(shí)間、Al3+濃度對(duì)超高壓鋁電解電容器用陽極箔比容的影響。正交實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,發(fā)孔溫度對(duì)超高壓陽極箔比容的影響最大,電流密度和發(fā)孔時(shí)間影響次之,Al3+濃度的影響最小。研究了發(fā)孔工藝條件對(duì)超高壓陽極箔比容和耐壓值的影響,Vfe=700V陽極箔的發(fā)孔最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)為:[Cl-]/[SO42-]=1 mol/L/3 mol/L和0.2mol/LAl3+組成的混合溶液中,75℃,0.40 A/cm2電流密度條件下發(fā)孔120s。在最優(yōu)發(fā)孔工藝條件下,研究了擴(kuò)孔工藝條件對(duì)超高壓陽極箔比容的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)在1mol/L HNO3溶液中,75℃,0.1A/cm2條件下擴(kuò)孔500s。所得腐蝕箔經(jīng)700V二級(jí)化成,耐壓值為668V,比容值達(dá)到0.48μF/cm2。研究了緩蝕劑十六烷基三甲基溴化銨、乙二胺四乙酸二鈉、聚乙二醇4000對(duì)超高壓陽極箔比容的影響,結(jié)果表明,三種緩蝕劑均能有效地提高超高壓陽極箔的比容,但量應(yīng)控制在合適的范圍內(nèi),三種緩蝕劑的最優(yōu)值為:十六烷基三甲基溴化銨為3 g/L,乙二胺四乙酸二鈉為2.5 g/L,聚乙二醇4000為1.25g/L。嘗試了通過溶膠凝膠法制備Al2O3-CaCu3Ti4O12復(fù)合氧化膜,采用提拉法研究了浸漬次數(shù)和浸漬時(shí)間對(duì)超高壓陽極箔比容和耐壓的影響規(guī)律,隨浸漬次數(shù)的增加,比容逐漸升高,但耐壓值逐漸降低;溶膠浸入腐蝕箔隧道孔需要一定的時(shí)間,充滿隧道孔后隨浸漬時(shí)間的延長附著量也不會(huì)再增加,浸漬時(shí)間過短比容提高有限,過長比容也不會(huì)繼續(xù)提高,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),時(shí)間應(yīng)控制在40s為宜。嘗試了通過陽極電沉積法制備Al2O3-CaCu3Ti4O12復(fù)合氧化膜對(duì)超高壓陽極箔比容和耐壓的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)沉積時(shí)間的長短影響沉積量的多少,隨沉積時(shí)間的延長,沉積量增加,過長的沉積時(shí)間則會(huì)造成蝕孔的堵塞,比容得不到提高,最優(yōu)沉積時(shí)間應(yīng)控制在15min左右為宜。
[Abstract]:Aluminum electrolytic capacitor is a kind of electronic component which is difficult to integrate in integrated circuit, and high specific capacitance is always the research direction.In recent years, the demand for ultra-high voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitors has become more and more urgent. The ultra-high voltage anode foil is the key material for the preparation of ultra-high voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitors, which determines the specific capacitance of aluminum electrolytic capacitors and other electrical properties.In this paper, the influence of corrosion conditions and corrosion inhibitor on the specific volume of anodic foil for ultra-high voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitor was studied, and the high dielectric constant composite oxide film was prepared.The effect of EHV on the specific volume of anode foil was studied.The effects of temperature, current density and time concentration of Al _ 3 on the specific capacity of anode foil for ultra-high voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitor were studied by orthogonal method.The results of orthogonal experiment show that the effect of temperature on the specific volume of ultra-high voltage anodic foil is the biggest, and the effect of current density and pore time on the concentration of Al _ 3 is the least.The effect of the process conditions on the specific capacity and voltage resistance of the ultra-high voltage anodic foil was studied. The optimum process parameters of the anodic foils were as follows: [Cl-] / [SO42-] 1 mol/L/3 mol/L and 0.2mol/LAl3 in the mixed solution of 75 鈩,
