基于三維顆粒離散元法的噴射混凝土單軸抗壓試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以噴射混凝土室內(nèi)單軸抗壓試驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),研究噴射混凝土單軸抗壓試驗(yàn)的三維顆粒離散元模擬方法。根據(jù)平行黏結(jié)模型的黏結(jié)尺寸理論,將室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)級(jí)配進(jìn)行合理簡(jiǎn)化,建立三維數(shù)值力學(xué)試驗(yàn)?zāi)P。研究試件在?shù)值試驗(yàn)中的受力全過(guò)程和細(xì)觀破壞形態(tài),得到試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),繪制應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線和裂縫數(shù)-荷載步曲線,與室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明:利用簡(jiǎn)化模型,可提高計(jì)算速率;三維顆粒離散元單軸抗壓試驗(yàn)?zāi)M獲得的噴射混凝土強(qiáng)度特性、微觀裂縫的發(fā)展過(guò)程和試件破壞特點(diǎn)與室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合;三維顆粒離散元法可以描述噴射混凝土這類具有明顯非連續(xù)性特征材料在單軸受壓狀態(tài)下的細(xì)觀破壞特征,為研究其在復(fù)雜受力條件下的破壞機(jī)理奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the uniaxial compression test of shotcrete in laboratory, the three-dimensional particle discrete element simulation method for uniaxial compression test of shotcrete is studied.According to the size theory of the parallel bonding model, the laboratory test grading was reasonably simplified, and the three-dimensional numerical mechanical test model was established.In this paper, the whole force process and the mesoscopic failure pattern of the specimen in numerical test are studied, and the experimental data are obtained, the stress-strain curve and crack number-load step curve are drawn, and the results are compared with the results of indoor test.The results show that the calculation rate can be increased by using the simplified model, and the strength characteristics of shotcrete, the development process of micro-cracks and the failure characteristics of the specimens obtained by uniaxial compression test of three dimensional particle discrete element are in agreement with the results of laboratory tests.Three-dimensional particle discrete element method can describe the mesoscopic failure characteristics of shotcrete with obvious discontinuous characteristics under uniaxial compression, which lays a foundation for studying the failure mechanism of shotcrete under complex loading conditions.
