聚(偏二氯乙烯—氯乙烯)多孔膜制備及性能研究

【摘要】:聚(偏二氯乙烯-氯乙烯)(P(VDC-VC))為半結(jié)晶聚合物,具有良好韌性、耐高溫等特性,其作為膜材料的研究,國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)鮮有報(bào)道。本文以P(VDC-VC)為成膜聚合物,采用溶液相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備了 P(VDC-VC)多孔膜,分析和討論了成膜條件對(duì)膜結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響。以P(VDC-VC)為成膜聚合物,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)為溶劑,采用溶液相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備了 P(VDC-VC)平板膜。研究表明,所得P(VDC-VC)平板膜由表面皮層及橫截面大孔支撐層組成,呈現(xiàn)出非對(duì)稱(chēng)膜結(jié)構(gòu)。提高聚合物濃度或升高凝固浴溫度均能提高P(VDC-VC)平板膜表面致密程度,進(jìn)而改善對(duì)牛血清蛋白(BSA)的截留率及通量恢復(fù)率,對(duì)BSA截留率達(dá)90%以上。低凝固浴溫度下所得膜通透性能較好。力學(xué)性能隨聚合物濃度及聚合物分子量提高而增加,隨凝固浴溫度升高而降低。以聚乙二醇(PEG)、納米二氧化硅(Si02)為添加改性劑,采用溶液相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備了 P(VDC-VC)平板膜。通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)PEG與SiO2的含量對(duì)膜形貌及孔結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)控。研究表明,PEG對(duì)P(VDC-VC)平板膜親水性改善效果一般,隨PEG含量增加,所得膜純水通量先增大后減小。通過(guò)添加納米SiO2,制備了 P(VDC-VC)/Si02雜化多孔膜,納米Si02的加入明顯提高多孔膜親水性能和滲透性能,所得P(VDC-VC)/SiO2雜化膜對(duì)BSA溶液截留率達(dá)93.3%。采用干-濕法紡絲技術(shù)制備了 P(VDC-VC)中空纖維膜,研究了成膜條件及納米Si02含量對(duì)中空纖維膜結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,低溫(12.0℃C)P(VDC-VC)鑄膜液進(jìn)入高溫(40.0℃C)凝固浴所得中空纖維膜為內(nèi)外雙皮層結(jié)構(gòu),當(dāng)納米SiO2含量為1.Owt%時(shí),純水通量可達(dá)249.2L·m-2·h-1,對(duì)BSA截留率達(dá)94.6%。
[Abstract]:Polyvinylidene chloride (vinylidene chloride) (PVC-VDC) is a semi-crystalline polymer with good toughness and high temperature resistance.In this paper, the porous Pv-VDC-VC films were prepared by the solution phase inversion method, and the effects of the film forming conditions on the structure and properties of the membranes were analyzed and discussed.In this paper, the flat film of PnN- dimethyl acetamide (DMAC) was prepared by solution phase inversion method, in which the film was used as the film forming polymer (N- N- dimethyl acetamide).The results show that the PhanV DC-VC flat film is composed of surface layer and cross-section macroporous support layer, and presents an asymmetric membrane structure.Increasing the concentration of polymer or increasing coagulation bath temperature can improve the surface densification of the plate membrane, and then improve the retention rate and flux recovery rate of bovine serum protein (BSA). The rejection rate of BSA is more than 90%.The permeable properties of the films obtained at low coagulation bath temperature are better.The mechanical properties increased with the increase of polymer concentration and molecular weight, and decreased with the increase of coagulation bath temperature.Using polyethylene glycol (PEGN) and nano-silica (Si02) as modifiers, the Pv-VDC-VC flat film was prepared by solution phase inversion method.The morphology and pore structure of the film were regulated by adjusting the content of PEG and SiO2.The results showed that the hydrophilicity of the membrane was improved by PEG, and the pure water flux increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of PEG content.P(VDC-VC)/Si02 hybrid porous membranes were prepared by adding nano-SiO2.The hydrophilic and permeable properties of P(VDC-VC)/Si02 hybrid membranes were obviously improved with the addition of nano-SiO _ 2. The rejection rate of P(VDC-VC)/SiO2 hybrid membranes to BSA solution was 93.3%.The hollow fiber membranes were prepared by dry wet spinning technique. The effects of membrane formation conditions and nano- content on the structure and properties of hollow fiber membranes were studied.The results showed that the hollow fiber membrane obtained from the low temperature casting solution at 12.0 鈩,
