基于Ansys的含未焊透缺陷管道剩余壽命分析

【摘要】:工業(yè)管道由于使用年限過長,外界環(huán)境腐蝕以及管道缺陷的影響,對(duì)其進(jìn)行檢測(cè)是保障后期安全生產(chǎn)的重要手段。為了預(yù)測(cè)整個(gè)管線的安全使用壽命,準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量預(yù)測(cè)管道壁厚及管道剩余強(qiáng)度,充分利用檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),建立Ansys模型進(jìn)行分析預(yù)測(cè),以相應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)規(guī)范計(jì)算結(jié)果,與管道實(shí)際工況進(jìn)行對(duì)比驗(yàn)證。為同類型管道檢測(cè)提供參考,減少檢測(cè)成本,提高工作效率,減少后期安全隱患。
[Abstract]:Due to the long service life, environmental corrosion and the influence of pipeline defects, the detection of industrial pipelines is an important means to ensure the safety of production in the later stage.In order to predict the safe service life of the whole pipeline, accurately measure and predict the pipe wall thickness and the residual strength of the pipeline, make full use of the test data, establish the Ansys model to analyze and forecast, and calculate the result according to the corresponding evaluation criterion.Compared with the actual working conditions of the pipeline.To provide reference for the same type of pipeline detection, reduce detection costs, improve work efficiency, and reduce later safety risks.
