【摘要】:測(cè)試了水膠比、減水劑摻量、鋼纖維用量、微硅粉及礦粉摻量對(duì)超高強(qiáng)混凝土流動(dòng)性、抗壓強(qiáng)度及抗折強(qiáng)度的影響,對(duì)比分析了各因素影響作用的大小。結(jié)果表明:在試驗(yàn)范圍內(nèi),水膠比、減水劑摻量及鋼纖維用量對(duì)混凝土流動(dòng)度及強(qiáng)度均有顯著影響;在水膠比為0.20~0.22的情況下,摻入不低于2%的減水劑、不大于2.5%的鋼纖維、4%~6%的微硅粉、10~15%的礦粉可制備得到抗壓強(qiáng)度大于120 MPa、抗折強(qiáng)度大于20 MPa的自密實(shí)超高強(qiáng)混凝土。
[Abstract]:The effects of water / binder ratio, water reducing agent content, steel fiber content, micro-silica powder and mineral powder on the fluidity, compressive strength and flexural strength of ultra-high strength concrete were tested.The results show that the water / binder ratio, water reducing agent content and steel fiber content have significant effects on the fluidity and strength of concrete, and when the water / binder ratio is 0.20% 0.22, the water reducing agent is not less than 2%.Self-compacting ultra-high strength concrete with compressive strength of more than 120MPa and flexural strength of more than 20 MPa can be prepared by using steel fiber with less than 2.5% steel fiber and 6% micro-silica powder and 1015% mineral powder with compressive strength of more than 120MPa and flexural strength of more than 20 MPa.
