響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化污泥厭氧消化液的化學(xué)除磷研究

【摘要】:剩余污泥厭氧消化液中含有豐富的磷,是磷回收的重要來源之一。采用Box-Benhnken中心組合試驗原理和響應(yīng)面分析法,研究了以鋁鹽為除磷劑回收厭氧消化液中磷源的過程中,Al∶P比、快速攪拌強(qiáng)度和反應(yīng)時間等因素對除磷率的影響。結(jié)果表明,最佳鋁鹽除磷條件:Al∶P摩爾比1.70,快速攪拌強(qiáng)度300 r/min,慢速攪拌強(qiáng)度45 r/min,反應(yīng)20 min,沉淀20 min。在此條件下,可實現(xiàn)剩余污泥厭氧消化液中93.41%的磷回收率。
[Abstract]:The excess sludge anaerobic digestion liquid is rich in phosphorus, which is one of the important sources of phosphorus recovery.Using the principle of Box-Benhnken center combination test and response surface analysis, the effects of Al _ 2O _ P ratio, rapid stirring intensity and reaction time on phosphorus removal rate during the recovery of phosphorus from anaerobic digestible solution with aluminum salt as phosphorus remover were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions for phosphorus removal were as follows: the mole ratio of 1: Alw: P was 1.70, the rapid stirring intensity was 300 r / min, the slow stirring intensity was 45 r / min, the reaction time was 20 min, and the precipitation time was 20 min.Under these conditions, the phosphorus recovery rate of 93.41% in the anaerobic digestible solution of excess sludge can be achieved.
