聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜的制備與研究

【摘要】:在本文中,主要采用浸沒沉淀相轉(zhuǎn)化法(NIPS)改性研究制備聚偏氟乙烯膜,并研究探討了兩親性聚合物、PMMA和石墨烯對PVDF膜綜合性能的影響。具體研究內(nèi)容結(jié)果如下:首先,聚四氫呋喃(PTMG)和丙烯酰氯酯化反應(yīng)合成聚四氫呋喃二丙烯酸酯(PTMGDA)。采用聚四氫呋喃二丙烯酸酯與聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯原位自由基聚合反應(yīng)共混改性制備聚偏氟乙烯膜。實驗數(shù)據(jù)說明,添加PTMGDA和PEGMA單體后,PVDF膜的純水通量急劇增加,但是加入AIBN通過原位自由基聚合反應(yīng)后,膜的純水通量降低,但是隨著二者含量的增加,純水通量可達到60Lm-1.h-1。隨著PTMGDA與PEGMA含量的增加,聚偏氟乙烯膜的親水性明顯增強,機械性能得到了提升。其次,選用PMMA改性PVDF膜,通過同時添加PMMA、PVP來討論了二者在改性PVDF膜的協(xié)同作用。實驗數(shù)據(jù)說明,同時添加PMMA與PVP之后,鑄膜液的粘度增加,凝膠速率加快。PMMA-PVDF膜的純水通量急劇增加,SEM結(jié)果表明,同時添加PMMA和PEGMA,形成大的指狀孔結(jié)構(gòu),PVDF膜的親水性得到了改善。最后,通過石墨烯來改性PMMA-PVDF膜的機械性能以及其他的PVDF膜的綜合性能。研究討論了添加不同量的石墨烯對PMMA-PVDF膜的性能影響。實驗數(shù)據(jù)說明,通過石墨烯共混改性以后,聚偏氟乙烯膜的機械強度(抗拉強度、伸長率以及彈性模量)增強,親水性得到了改善,并且添加石墨烯之后,聚偏氟乙烯膜的表面與斷面孔結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了明顯的變化。
[Abstract]:In this paper, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes were prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion (IPS) method, and the effects of amphiphilic polymers (PMMA) and graphene (graphene) on the comprehensive properties of PVDF membranes were investigated.The results are as follows: firstly, the polytetrahydrofurandiacrylate (PTMGDAA) was synthesized by esterification of polytetrahydrofuran (PTMG) with acryloyl chloride.Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes were prepared by in situ radical polymerization of poly (tetrahydrofuran) diacrylate and polyethylene glycol acrylate (PEG).The experimental data show that the pure water flux of PTMGDA and PEGMA membranes increases dramatically, but the pure water flux decreases with the addition of AIBN through in situ free radical polymerization. However, the pure water flux can reach 60Lm-1.h-1 with the increase of the content of AIBN.With the increase of PTMGDA and PEGMA content, the hydrophilicity and mechanical properties of PVDF membrane were obviously enhanced.Secondly, the synergistic effect of PMMA on the modified PVDF membrane was discussed by adding PMMA PVDF membrane at the same time.The experimental data show that the viscosity of casting solution increases and the pure water flux of PMMA-PVDF membrane increases sharply after the addition of PMMA and PVP at the same time. The results show that the hydrophilicity of PVDF membrane is improved by adding PMMA and PEGMA at the same time.Finally, the mechanical properties of PMMA-PVDF films and the comprehensive properties of other PVDF films were modified by graphene.The effect of different amount of graphene on the properties of PMMA-PVDF films was studied.The experimental data show that the mechanical strength (tensile strength, elongation and elastic modulus) of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane is enhanced, the hydrophilicity is improved, and graphene is added into PVDF membrane after modified by graphene blend, and the mechanical strength (tensile strength, elongation and elastic modulus) of PVDF membrane is improved.The surface and cross-section pore structure of PVDF film changed obviously.
