SiC陶瓷常壓燒結(jié)致密化過程的研究

【摘要】:采用常壓燒結(jié)法制備了碳化硅陶瓷樣品,研究了C的添加量、燒結(jié)溫度以及粉體粒徑對(duì)常壓燒結(jié)碳化硅陶瓷微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著酚醛樹脂添加量的增加,碳在材料中的分布更加均勻,材料的致密度提高,力學(xué)性能增強(qiáng)。當(dāng)酚醛樹脂添加量到2wt.%時(shí),材料的密度最高,為3.17 g/cm~3,并具有最大的彎曲強(qiáng)度507 MPa。當(dāng)酚醛樹脂添加量大于2wt.%時(shí),出現(xiàn)部分碳化硅顆粒和氣孔局部聚集長(zhǎng)大,材料的密度與彎曲強(qiáng)度有所降低。Ar氣氛保護(hù)下,SiC陶瓷的燒結(jié)密度和收縮率隨燒結(jié)溫度的升高而增大,至2150℃時(shí),密度達(dá)到3.18 g/cm~3,收縮率為17%,隨著溫度繼續(xù)升高,收縮率和密度基本保持不變。在2150℃,酚醛樹脂添加量為2%的條件下,分別選取單一粉體(D_(50)1.0μm、2.0μm)和粗細(xì)混合粉體(比例為4:1)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)平均粒徑小的混合粉體燒結(jié)的SiC陶瓷樣品密度和彎曲強(qiáng)度均大于單一粉體制備的樣品。
[Abstract]:Silicon carbide ceramic samples were prepared by atmospheric pressure sintering. The effects of C addition, sintering temperature and particle size on the microstructure and properties of silicon carbide ceramics sintered under atmospheric pressure were studied.The results show that with the increase of the content of phenolic resin, the distribution of carbon in the material is more uniform, the density of the material is increased, and the mechanical properties are enhanced.When the phenolic resin was added to 2 wt.%, the density of the material was the highest, 3.17 g / cm ~ (-1), and the maximum bending strength was 507 MPA.When the content of phenolic resin is more than 2wt.%, some sic particles and pores gather and grow locally, and the density and bending strength of sic ceramics increase with the increase of sintering temperature under the protection of atmospheres.At 2150 鈩,
