【摘要】:為綜合利用電石渣以及有效降低其對環(huán)境的污染提供重要參考。采用電石渣、十二烷基硫酸鈉及高嶺土為主要原料制備陶瓷磚,并探討電石渣用量、十二烷基硫酸鈉用量和燒結(jié)溫度對陶瓷磚結(jié)構(gòu)、抗壓強(qiáng)度及吸水率的影響。結(jié)果表明,采用電石渣-SDS制備陶瓷磚的最佳工藝條件為:電石渣用量為13.2%,十二烷基硫酸鈉用量為1.8%,燒結(jié)溫度為1100℃。在此工藝條件下,陶瓷磚的礦物相主要是鱗石英、鈣長石和方石英,其抗壓強(qiáng)度為61 MPa,吸水率為12.1%,符合陶瓷磚國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:It provides an important reference for the comprehensive utilization of calcium carbide slag and the effective reduction of its pollution to the environment.Ceramic tiles were prepared from calcium carbide slag, sodium dodecyl sulfate and kaolin. The effects of calcium carbide slag, sodium dodecyl sulfate and sintering temperature on the structure, compressive strength and water absorption of ceramic tiles were investigated.The results show that the optimum technological conditions for the preparation of ceramic tiles with calcium carbide slag are as follows: the amount of calcium carbide slag is 13.2, the amount of sodium dodecyl sulfate is 1.8, and the sintering temperature is 1100 鈩,
