ZnS微納結(jié)構(gòu)制備及其電化學(xué)特性研究

【摘要】:ZnS具有獨(dú)特的光學(xué)、電學(xué)及催化性能。微納米尺度下ZnS又具有形貌可控、比表面積大、電子遷移率高等優(yōu)勢(shì),因此可用作電化學(xué)電極材料。本文圍繞ZnS電化學(xué)電極性能構(gòu)建及影響因素開(kāi)展了研究,具體結(jié)果如下:(1)以水熱法制備三種形貌的ZnS材料并分析了其發(fā)光特性。發(fā)現(xiàn)325nm激發(fā)下,閃鋅礦的ZnS納米顆粒和微米塊分別呈現(xiàn)弱的缺陷發(fā)光和強(qiáng)的帶邊紫外發(fā)光,而纖鋅礦ZnS毛線球因帶隙較寬導(dǎo)致325 nm激發(fā)下不發(fā)光。(2)以ZnS材料構(gòu)建電化學(xué)電極,研究形貌對(duì)電化學(xué)特性影響的機(jī)理。發(fā)現(xiàn)ZnS毛線球電極中電子傳導(dǎo)速率最快,電化學(xué)性能最佳,證明了比表面積和晶體結(jié)構(gòu)是形貌對(duì)ZnS材料電化學(xué)特性影響的根本原因。(3)制備了ZnO/ZnS復(fù)合材料電極并研究其電化學(xué)特性。發(fā)現(xiàn)ZnO/ZnS復(fù)合材料電極電化學(xué)特性比ZnO更優(yōu)異,進(jìn)一步證明了ZnS材料電化學(xué)電極具重要應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:ZnS has unique optical, electrical and catalytic properties.ZnS has the advantages of controllable morphology, large specific surface area and high electron mobility, so it can be used as an electrochemical electrode material.In this paper, the structure of ZnS electrochemical electrode and its influencing factors were studied. The results are as follows: 1) three morphologies of ZnS materials were prepared by hydrothermal method and their luminescence characteristics were analyzed.It is found that the ZnS nanoparticles and microns of sphalerite exhibit weak defect luminescence and strong band edge ultraviolet luminescence under 325nm excitation, while wurtzite ZnS wool spheres exhibit no luminescence under 325nm excitation due to wide band gap.The influence of morphology on electrochemical properties was studied.It is found that the electron conduction rate is the fastest and the electrochemical performance is the best in the ZnS wool ball electrode.It is proved that specific surface area and crystal structure are the fundamental reasons for the influence of morphology on the electrochemical properties of ZnS materials.It is found that the electrochemical characteristics of ZnO/ZnS composite electrode are better than that of ZnO, which further proves that the electrochemical electrode of ZnS material has important application value.
