【摘要】:以MgSO_4和NaOH為原料,采用靜態(tài)水熱法制備152型堿式硫酸鎂晶須?疾炝朔磻(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)物濃度和反應(yīng)時間以及原料中加入Na_2SO_4對制備堿式硫酸鎂晶須的影響。結(jié)果表明,堿式硫酸鎂晶須的適宜合成條件為反應(yīng)溫度為150℃,NaOH與MgSO_4的物質(zhì)的量之比為1.5∶1,NaOH濃度0.833 mol/L,反應(yīng)時間為33 h。原料中加入一定量Na_2SO_4有利于針狀堿式硫酸鎂晶須的形成。依據(jù)0℃時Na_2SO_4-MgSO_4-H_2O體系相圖,設(shè)計了白鈉鎂礬為原料制備堿式硫酸鎂晶須并副產(chǎn)十水硫酸鈉的工藝。
[Abstract]:152-type magnesium sulfate whisker was prepared by static hydrothermal method using MgSO_4 and NaOH as raw materials.The effects of reaction temperature, reactant concentration, reaction time and addition of Na_2SO_4 on the preparation of basic magnesium sulfate whisker were investigated.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions of basic magnesium sulfate whisker were as follows: the ratio of NaOH to MgSO_4 at 150 鈩,
