某含鋅鉛錫礦粉灰元素分離及其產(chǎn)品制備工藝研究

【摘要】:硫酸鋅和硫酸鉛均是用途廣泛的化工產(chǎn)品。本文以含鋅鉛錫礦粉灰為原料,提出了一條由含鋅鉛錫礦粉灰制備硫酸鋅、硫酸鉛的工藝路線。分別研究了堿溶、酸溶及先堿溶后酸溶的處理方法,重點研究了堿溶的最佳工藝條件,具體為6 mol/L氫氧化鈉體積為20 m L、反應溫度為65℃、反應時間為30 min、沉淀鉛離子的硫酸濃度為3 mol/L,結(jié)果表明:采用堿溶工藝,實現(xiàn)鋅、鋇與錫的有效分離,產(chǎn)品外觀好,品質(zhì)好,成本低廉。該工藝具有工藝簡單、生產(chǎn)成本低、附加值高、三廢少等優(yōu)點,對類似礦粉灰分離及其產(chǎn)品制備具有一定的借鑒作用。
