脫硫石膏蒸汽回轉(zhuǎn)干燥工藝參數(shù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在脫硫石膏資源化處置工藝中,蒸汽回轉(zhuǎn)干燥工藝以其優(yōu)越性獲得石膏行業(yè)的認(rèn)可。由于蒸汽回轉(zhuǎn)干燥機(jī)傳熱非常復(fù)雜,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外尚無(wú)設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則,相關(guān)的研究成果比較匱乏。通過(guò)理論分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的方法對(duì)蒸汽回轉(zhuǎn)干燥機(jī)的傳熱機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究是極具價(jià)值的。分析了脫硫石膏蒸汽回轉(zhuǎn)干燥機(jī)理、換熱管傳熱過(guò)程和干燥機(jī)傳熱學(xué)參數(shù)對(duì)傳熱效果的影響,介紹了干燥機(jī)的主要特征參數(shù)和換熱管傳熱系數(shù)的一般計(jì)算方法以及方法中存在的問(wèn)題。為分析脫硫石膏蒸汽回轉(zhuǎn)干燥機(jī)主要工藝參數(shù)對(duì)干燥傳熱的影響規(guī)律,設(shè)計(jì)了一套蒸汽回轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),論述了實(shí)驗(yàn)原理和實(shí)驗(yàn)流程,并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備和儀表進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定。為準(zhǔn)確獲得測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),設(shè)定了脫硫石膏蒸汽回轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù),并通過(guò)對(duì)石膏粉顆粒在干燥機(jī)內(nèi)六種狀態(tài)的分析,確定實(shí)驗(yàn)轉(zhuǎn)速,同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)熱損失的測(cè)定實(shí)驗(yàn)、冷態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟和熱態(tài)干燥實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟。利用脫硫石膏蒸汽回轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行了冷態(tài)和熱態(tài)共計(jì)54組實(shí)驗(yàn)。為分析筒體轉(zhuǎn)速、物料填充率、換熱管位置、換熱管翅化對(duì)脫硫石膏蒸汽回轉(zhuǎn)干燥系統(tǒng)平均換熱系數(shù)和換熱管對(duì)物料作用時(shí)間的影響,對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分類(lèi)和分析,獲得各因素對(duì)傳熱的影響曲線(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In desulphurization gypsum resource treatment process, steam rotary drying process is recognized by gypsum industry for its advantages.Because the heat transfer of steam rotary dryer is very complex, there is no design criterion at home and abroad, and the related research results are scarce.It is very valuable to study the heat transfer mechanism of steam rotary dryer by means of theoretical analysis and experimental study.The mechanism of steam rotary drying of desulphurized gypsum, the effect of heat transfer process of heat transfer tube and the heat transfer parameters of dryer on the heat transfer effect are analyzed.This paper introduces the main characteristic parameters of dryer, the general calculation method of heat transfer coefficient of heat transfer pipe and the problems existing in the method.In order to analyze the influence of main technological parameters on drying heat transfer of desulphurized gypsum steam rotary dryer, a steam rotary experimental system was designed, the experimental principle and flow were discussed, and the experimental equipment and instrument were calibrated.In order to obtain the measurement data accurately, the experimental parameters of the desulfurized gypsum steam rotary test bench were set up, and the rotational speed of the experiment was determined by analyzing the six states of the gypsum powder particles in the dryer. At the same time, the experiment was designed to measure the heat loss of the test bench.Cold state experiment step and hot state drying experiment step.A total of 54 groups of experiments were carried out in cold and hot state by means of desulphurization gypsum steam rotary test bench.In order to analyze the effects of cylinder speed, material filling rate, heat transfer pipe position, fin of heat transfer pipe on average heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer pipe time of desulphurized gypsum steam rotary drying system, the data obtained are classified and analyzed.The influence curves of various factors on heat transfer are obtained.
