油水界面法制備納米β-硅酸鈣

【摘要】:采用油水界面法合成納米β-硅酸鈣粉體,研究了鈣源、硅源、表面活性劑、回流溫度及時(shí)間、煅燒溫度對(duì)合成納米β-硅酸鈣的影響.采用X射線衍射(XRD)和透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)對(duì)所制備粉體的物相、形貌進(jìn)行表征.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,以氯化鈣為鈣源,硅酸鈉為硅源,油酸鈉為表面活性劑,75℃下回流2h,800℃下煅燒,獲得的納米β-硅酸鈣粉末為空心球結(jié)構(gòu),該空心球直徑為103~338nm,壁厚為9~18nm,且分散性良好.采用油水界面法合成的該空心球結(jié)構(gòu)的納米β-硅酸鈣,有望在生物醫(yī)用材料領(lǐng)域獲得應(yīng)用.
[Abstract]:Nano-sized 尾 -calcium silicate powders were synthesized by oil-water interface method. The effects of calcium source, silicon source, surfactant, reflux temperature and calcination temperature on the synthesis of nanometer 尾 -calcium silicate were studied.The phase and morphology of the powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results show that the nanometer 尾 -calcium silicate powder is hollow sphere structure when calcium chloride is used as calcium source, sodium silicate as silicon source, sodium oleate as surfactant, refluxing at 75 鈩,
