尿素溶液法合成納米AlN粉體

【摘要】:以尿素為固體氮源,甲醇為溶劑,AlCl_3·6H_2O為鋁源,采用尿素溶液法制備了納米AlN粉體。采用FT-IR對(duì)前驅(qū)鹽進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)分析,并通過XRD和SEM分別對(duì)最終煅燒產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌的表征。重點(diǎn)研究了尿素/金屬摩爾比R值和煅燒溫度對(duì)合成產(chǎn)物的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):AlN的純度隨R值的增加而增大,R值大于6可以獲得單一AlN相,R值小于6獲得AlN和Al2O3的混合相;此外,R值也直接影響到AlN納米粉體和團(tuán)聚顆粒的形貌,所制備AlN納米粉體的粒徑和團(tuán)聚的球狀顆粒的粒徑隨R值的增加出現(xiàn)細(xì)化的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Using urea as solid nitrogen source and methanol as solvent AlCl3 6H_2O as aluminum source, nanometer AlN powder was prepared by urea solution method. The structure of precursor salt was analyzed by FT-IR. The structure and morphology of the final calcined product were characterized by XRD and SEM respectively. The effects of molar ratio R of urea / metal and calcination temperature on the crystal structure and morphology of the synthesized product were studied. When the purity increases with the increase of R value, the mixed phase of AlN and Al2O3 can be obtained when the R value of single AlN phase is less than 6. In addition, the R value of AlN nanoparticles and agglomerated particles have a direct impact on the morphology of the prepared AlN nanoparticles and agglomerated spherical particles with the increase of R value, the particle size of the prepared AlN nanoparticles appears a trend of refinement.
