【摘要】:正中國(guó)科學(xué)院生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心環(huán)境化學(xué)與生態(tài)毒理學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室郭良宏研究組在碳納米管細(xì)胞外排生物過程和效應(yīng)方面取得重要進(jìn)展,相關(guān)研究成果近期發(fā)表于國(guó)際著名納米科學(xué)期刊Small并作為當(dāng)期的封底文章(Small,2016,12,5998-6011)。碳納米管具有獨(dú)特的理化性質(zhì),在電子、環(huán)境和納米醫(yī)藥等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用潛力巨大,而隨之帶來的潛在環(huán)境與健康危害也越來越受到關(guān)注。碳納米管與細(xì)胞的相互作用始于物理接觸,隨后被細(xì)胞攝入、外排或者降解,這些生物過程決定了碳納米管實(shí)
[Abstract]:Guo Lianghong, State key Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology, Center for Ecological and Environmental Studies, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has made important progress in the process and effect of carbon nanotube cell efflux. The related research results were recently published in Small, a famous international journal of nanoscience, and as a backcover article in the current issue. Carbon nanotubes have unique physical and chemical properties and have great potential applications in the fields of electronics, environment and nanopharmaceutical applications. The potential environmental and health hazards are becoming more and more important. The interaction between carbon nanotubes and cells begins with physical contact, and then is ingested, discharged or degraded by cells, which determine the biological processes of carbon nanotubes.
