利用磷化工含氟廢氣制備人工螢石

【摘要】:采用磷化工含氟廢氣為原料,用氨水作吸收劑,用氯化鈣回收其中的氟制備人工螢石。系統(tǒng)性考察了氯化鈣用量、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間、攪拌速率4個因素對人工螢石產(chǎn)量的影響,得到利用磷化工含氟廢氣制備人工螢石的最佳工藝條件:氯化鈣用量為3.340g,反應(yīng)溫度為50℃,反應(yīng)時間為10min,攪拌速率為300r/min。在最佳工藝條件下,利用500mL含氟廢氣制備得到人工螢石1.86g,樣品的純度為97.5%。
[Abstract]:Artificial fluorite was prepared from fluorine-containing waste gas of phosphorus chemical industry with ammonia water as absorbent and calcium chloride as absorbent. The dosage of calcium chloride, reaction temperature and reaction time were systematically investigated. The effect of stirring rate on the yield of artificial fluorite was studied. The optimum technological conditions for the preparation of artificial fluorite from fluorine-containing waste gas of phosphorous chemical industry were obtained: the dosage of calcium chloride was 3.340 g, the reaction temperature was 50 鈩,
