廢水深度處理反應器流體數(shù)值模擬與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:利用Fluent軟件對廢水深度處理反應器的流體進行三維數(shù)值模擬比較,結(jié)果表明:旋流式布水器可在反應器內(nèi)形成類似于槳式攪拌器的流態(tài)形式,攪拌效果好。示蹤劑模擬顯示,相對于消能引流布水器,旋流式布水器粒子滯留時間更接近理論停留時間,返混更小,可作為深度處理反應器的布水器。對深度處理反應器進行數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)果顯示流體經(jīng)過催化劑層后只存在上向?qū)恿?無攪拌混合作用,影響藥液混合反應效果,采用螺旋折流板對反應器進行優(yōu)化,優(yōu)化后的流速矢量發(fā)散并有旋流渦流,流體攪拌更充分,優(yōu)化后速度接近原來的4倍。優(yōu)化后的深度處理反應器壓力降主要位于進口處,其次位于催化劑層,螺旋折流板對壓力的損失可以忽略。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional numerical simulation of the fluid in wastewater advanced treatment reactor was carried out by using Fluent software. The results show that the swirling water distributor can form a flow pattern similar to that of an impeller in the reactor, and the mixing effect is good. The tracer simulation shows that, Compared with the energy dissipation and draining water dispenser, the particle retention time of the swirl water distributor is closer to the theoretical residence time and the backmixing is smaller, so it can be used as the water distributor of the advanced treatment reactor. The numerical simulation of the advanced treatment reactor is carried out. The results show that there is only upward laminar flow after the fluid passes through the catalyst layer, no agitation, which affects the effect of the mixture reaction. The reactor is optimized by the helical baffle, and the velocity vector diverges and there is swirl eddy current after the optimization. The pressure drop of the optimized advanced treatment reactor is mainly located at the inlet, followed by the catalyst layer, and the pressure loss of the spiral baffle plate can be neglected.
