低填充比下混合滾筒粉體混合特性數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:對于易燃易爆粉體的混合安全性,低填充比具有重要意義,目前尚未見混合滾筒在低填充比條件下混合特性的研究報道。本文采用氣固三相流模型對兩種粉體在混合滾筒中的混合過程進(jìn)行建模。粉體與空氣間相互作用系數(shù)采用Syamlal-O’Brien公式,粉體與粉體之間相互作用系數(shù)采用Syamlal-O’Brien-Symmetric公式。采用加權(quán)的組分配比分布方差對混合均勻性進(jìn)行判斷。計算結(jié)果表明混合滾筒在低填充比下具有較高的混合效率以及混合質(zhì)量,并初步計算了不同填充比、轉(zhuǎn)速、滾筒結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)條件下的混合特性,對計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。最后利用一個直徑1000mm的混合滾筒,在低填充比條件下進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗,記錄了混合過程中物料流過抄板的流態(tài),對樣品均勻性進(jìn)行了化學(xué)分析。實(shí)驗結(jié)果證明了仿真計算結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。低填充比下使用滾筒,有利于保證易燃易爆粉體混合工藝安全性,具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:For the safety of combustible and explosive powder mixing, low filling ratio is of great significance. At present, there is no report on mixing characteristics of mixing drum under low filling ratio. In this paper, the mixing process of two kinds of powders in mixing drum is modeled by gas-solid three-phase flow model. The interaction coefficient between powder and air is modeled by Syamlal-O'Brien formula. The interaction coefficient between powder and powder is determined by Syamlal-O'Brien-Symmetric formula, and the mixing uniformity is judged by the variance of weighted distribution ratio. The results show that the mixing drum has high mixing efficiency and mixing quality at low filling ratio. The mixing characteristics of different filling ratio, rotational speed and drum structure parameters are calculated and the results are analyzed. Finally, an experiment is carried out under the condition of low filling ratio using a mixing cylinder with diameter 1000mm. The flow state of the material passing through the plate during mixing was recorded, and the uniformity of the sample was analyzed chemically. The experimental results proved the accuracy of the simulation results. It is beneficial to ensure the safety of combustible and explosive powder mixing process and has a good application prospect.
