多巴胺改性聚砜復(fù)合超濾膜的二次修飾及性能評價研究

【摘要】:膜污染是阻礙超濾膜應(yīng)用的重要因素,提高膜的親水性和抗菌性可以有效的降低膜污染。多巴胺(DA)仿生粘附的自聚合技術(shù)為膜的親水改性和抗菌改性提供了有效的途徑。本文利用DA的自聚合反應(yīng)用以改性聚砜(PSf)超濾膜,接著在改性的超濾膜上負載親水性基團和抗菌性物質(zhì),并對膜的過濾阻力、親水性、官能團、結(jié)構(gòu)和膜的抗菌性能等進行了各種表征。首先,比較了三種不同的PEG接枝到PSf-PDA復(fù)合超濾膜上的改性效果,綜合接觸角、膜阻力的結(jié)果對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)接枝氨基飾性聚乙二醇(mPEG-NH2)對膜進行改性效果最好。并且隨著mPEG-NH2接枝濃度的升高,親水性逐漸增強,膜阻力先降低后升高,在4mg·L’時有最低值。隨著接枝時間的增長,膜阻力逐漸升高,親水性逐漸增強。然后,在上述膜的基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)浸泡于AgNO3溶液中和PHMG溶液中,成功的在膜的表面負載了nAg顆粒和PHMG涂覆層,用大腸桿菌作為模型微生物,考察膜的抗菌性,發(fā)現(xiàn)膜表面形成的nAg顆粒和PHMG涂覆層使PSf膜具有顯著的抗菌性能。最后,本論文分析了PSf-PDA復(fù)合膜表面復(fù)合層穩(wěn)定性,對nAg涂覆層的穩(wěn)定性和再生做出了探究,發(fā)現(xiàn)PSf-PDA膜表面的nAg顆粒可以通過將PSf-PD A膜放在AgNO3溶液中浸泡一定的時間進行再生,而PDA復(fù)合層的牢靠性有待做進一步提高。
[Abstract]:Membrane fouling is an important factor that hinders the application of ultrafiltration membrane. Improving the hydrophilicity and antibacterial properties of the membrane can effectively reduce the membrane fouling. The self-polymerization technology of dopamine DA-bionic adhesion provides an effective way for the hydrophilic and antibacterial modification of the membrane. Modified polysulfone (PSF) ultrafiltration membrane, Then the modified ultrafiltration membrane was loaded with hydrophilic groups and antimicrobial substances, and the filtration resistance, hydrophilicity, functional groups, structure and antibacterial properties of the membranes were characterized. The modification effects of three different PEG grafted onto PSf-PDA composite ultrafiltration membrane were compared. The results of comprehensive contact angle and membrane resistance were compared. It was found that the modification effect of the membrane was the best with the increase of mPEG-NH2 grafting concentration. With the increase of grafting time, the membrane resistance gradually increased and the hydrophilicity increased. The membrane was continuously immersed in AgNO3 solution and PHMG solution. The membrane was successfully coated with nAg particles and PHMG. Escherichia coli was used as a model microorganism to investigate the antibacterial properties of the membrane. It was found that the nAg particles and PHMG coating on the surface of the PSf-PDA film had remarkable antibacterial properties. Finally, the stability of the PSf-PDA composite film was analyzed, and the stability and regeneration of the nAg coating were investigated. It is found that the nAg particles on the surface of PSf-PDA film can be regenerated by soaking PSf-PD A film in AgNO3 solution for a certain time, while the stability of PDA composite layer needs to be further improved.
