基于PLC的電鍍生產(chǎn)線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:電鍍是一種比較重要的工藝,產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過電鍍工藝處理后,不僅產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量獲得提高,產(chǎn)品性能也會大幅度提高,同時延長了產(chǎn)品的使用時間。電鍍過程中各種參數(shù)的控制將會影響電鍍是否能順利完成,是否得到高質(zhì)量的鍍件,因此,設(shè)計(jì)一個可靠性高,穩(wěn)定性好的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)對電鍍生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行監(jiān)控在電鍍生產(chǎn)過程中十分必要。本文以電鍍生產(chǎn)線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)為目標(biāo),首先分析了原有生產(chǎn)線存在的問題,針對系統(tǒng)存在的問題,提出以西門子S7-200 PLC作為主控單元,結(jié)合任務(wù)分發(fā)計(jì)算機(jī)、上位監(jiān)控計(jì)算機(jī),現(xiàn)場操作平臺西門子觸摸屏設(shè)計(jì)了電鍍生產(chǎn)線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),依據(jù)生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行組態(tài),設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)硬件和軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程實(shí)時監(jiān)控。為實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)對溫度的精確控制,本文對電鍍恒溫控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,通過分析電鍍工藝的溫度特性,提出采用模糊算法對溫度值進(jìn)行整定,使用PLC內(nèi)部的PID模塊進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),實(shí)現(xiàn)了恒溫控制,并通過MATLAB軟件仿真驗(yàn)證模糊PID算法的可靠性和優(yōu)越性。通過電鍍生產(chǎn)線實(shí)際運(yùn)行表明,監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)控制效果良好,穩(wěn)定性高,能夠較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)恒溫控制效果,完全可以滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的需求,提高了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:Electroplating is a relatively important process. After electroplating, not only the quality of the products is improved, but also the properties of the products are greatly improved. At the same time, the use time of the product is prolonged. The control of various parameters in the electroplating process will affect whether the electroplating can be completed smoothly and whether the plating parts can be obtained with high quality. Therefore, the design has high reliability. It is necessary to monitor the electroplating production line with a stable monitoring system. This paper aims at the design of the electroplating production line monitoring system, and analyzes the existing problems of the original production line, aiming at the problems in the system. Taking Siemens S7-200 PLC as the main control unit, combining the task distribution computer, the upper monitor computer and the field operation platform Siemens touch screen, the electroplating production line monitoring system is designed and configured according to the production process. The hardware and software of the system are designed to realize the real-time monitoring of the production process. In order to realize the precise control of the temperature of the monitoring system, the constant temperature control system of electroplating is studied in this paper, and the temperature characteristics of the electroplating process are analyzed. The fuzzy algorithm is used to set the temperature value and the PID module inside PLC is used to realize the constant temperature control. The reliability and superiority of the fuzzy PID algorithm are verified by MATLAB software simulation. The actual operation of the electroplating production line shows that the fuzzy PID algorithm is reliable and superior. The monitoring system has good control effect and high stability. It can realize the effect of constant temperature control. It can completely meet the demand of actual production, improve the production efficiency and product quality, and verify the feasibility of the design scheme.
