由白云石制備輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣和氧化鎂的工藝條件研究

【摘要】:本文開展了相轉(zhuǎn)移-碳化法由白云石制備輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣和氧化鎂的工藝條件研究,并對制備的樣品進(jìn)行相關(guān)表征,同時對相轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng)和可溶性鈣離子溶液的碳化過程進(jìn)行了初步探討。論文所做的研究工作及階段性成果如下:(1)以鈣離子相轉(zhuǎn)移率為考察指標(biāo),篩選并確定了MY為適宜的相轉(zhuǎn)移劑。(2)以煅燒后白云石煅粉的活性度和質(zhì)量損失率為考察指標(biāo),考察并確定了較適宜的煅燒工藝條件為:煅燒時間1.5h,煅燒溫度950℃。優(yōu)化條件下,煅燒后的白云石活性度較高,變色時間為40s,白云石的質(zhì)量損失率為45.7%。(3)對白云石煅粉進(jìn)行相轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng),以Ca2+、Mg2+相轉(zhuǎn)移率為考察指標(biāo),考察并確定了較適宜的工藝條件為:氧化鈣與相轉(zhuǎn)移劑摩爾比1:1.5,固液比1:10,反應(yīng)時間40min,反應(yīng)溫度20℃。優(yōu)化條件下Ca2+相轉(zhuǎn)移率為96.36%,Mg2+相轉(zhuǎn)移率為2.43%。(4)對相轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng)后得到的可溶性Ca2+溶液進(jìn)行碳化反應(yīng),以碳酸鈣收率為考察指標(biāo),考察并確定了較適宜的碳化工藝條件為:Ca2+濃度0.38 mol·-L-1,碳化溫度35℃,碳化時間1.5h,CO2流量100mL·min-1。優(yōu)化條件下,輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣平均粒徑約800nm,收率達(dá)到95.46%,純度為98.5%,白度達(dá)99%。(5)將相轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng)所得含雜氧化鎂濾餅打漿、碳化并對所得碳酸氫鎂溶液進(jìn)行熱解反應(yīng),以堿式碳酸鎂收率為考察指標(biāo),考察并確定了較適宜的氧化鎂碳化條件為:氧化鎂濃度7.38g·L-1,反應(yīng)溫度20℃,反應(yīng)時間120mmin,CO2流量100mL·min-1。優(yōu)化條件下堿式碳酸鎂的收率達(dá)到82.34%。(6)對熱解所得堿式碳酸鎂進(jìn)行煅燒反應(yīng),以堿式碳酸鎂的質(zhì)量損失率為考察指標(biāo),考察并確定了較適宜的煅燒工藝條件為:煅燒時間1h,煅燒溫度700℃。此條件下所得氧化鎂樣品為純相的氧化鎂,平均粒徑為840nm。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preparation conditions of light calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide from dolomite by phase transfer carbonization method were studied, and the samples were characterized. At the same time, the phase transfer reaction and the carbonation process of soluble calcium ion solution were discussed. The activity degree and mass loss rate of calcined dolomite calcined powder were selected and determined.
