改性橡膠混凝土的抗凍性能研究

【摘要】:橡膠混凝土的出現(xiàn)為解決廢舊輪胎造成的黑色污染提供了一條新的途徑。已有的研究表明,橡膠顆粒的摻入會引起混凝土的強(qiáng)度及耐久性能的改變,若對橡膠顆粒采用改性劑處理,制成改性橡膠混凝土,則能夠減少橡膠混凝土強(qiáng)度的下降幅度,提高其耐久性能。本文在課題前期研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究了Na OH改性橡膠混凝土、KH570改性橡膠混凝土及二者復(fù)合改性橡膠混凝土的抗壓及抗凍性能。得到的主要結(jié)論為:(1)摻入橡膠顆粒后,基準(zhǔn)橡膠混凝土較基準(zhǔn)混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度下降,且橡膠顆粒粒徑越小,抗壓強(qiáng)度下降幅度越大。(2)改性橡膠混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析表明,改性劑的改性效果受橡膠顆粒的材料來源、材料成分、生產(chǎn)工藝的影響較大。(3)摻入橡膠顆?梢愿纳苹炷恋目箖鲂阅,在60目、1-3mm及3-6mm三種粒徑中,60目膠粉對于抗凍性能的改善效果最為顯著。(4)改性橡膠混凝土較基準(zhǔn)橡膠混凝土的抗凍性能有明顯提高,在Na OH溶液、KH570溶液及二者復(fù)合三種改性劑中,復(fù)合改性劑的效果最為顯著。改性橡膠混凝土試件成型后,表面氣孔較多,分析認(rèn)為改性劑引入了大量氣泡,這導(dǎo)致了抗壓強(qiáng)度的下降,卻提高了抗凍性能。(5)與基準(zhǔn)混凝土相比,橡膠混凝土及改性橡膠混凝土無論其強(qiáng)度是否降低,但其抗凍性能都有所改善。
[Abstract]:The appearance of rubber concrete provides a new way to solve the black pollution caused by waste tires. Previous studies have shown that the addition of rubber particles can change the strength and durability of concrete. If rubber particles are treated with modifier to make modified rubber concrete, the strength of rubber concrete can be reduced and its durability can be improved. The compressive and freezing properties of NaOH modified rubber concrete and its composite modified rubber concrete, NaOH modified rubber concrete and its composite modified rubber concrete, were studied. The compressive strength of the standard rubber concrete is lower than that of the reference concrete, and the smaller the size of the rubber particle, the greater the decrease in the compressive strength of the modified rubber concrete. The modification effect of the modifier is greatly affected by the material source, material composition and production process of rubber particles. The addition of rubber particles can improve the frost resistance of concrete. The effect of 60 mesh rubber powder on the improvement of freezing resistance was most remarkable in the three sizes of 60 mesh (1-3mm) and 3-6mm (3.6mm). The antifreeze property of modified rubber concrete was obviously improved compared with that of the reference rubber concrete. In NaOH solution, KH570 solution and the three kinds of modifiers combined with the two, the antifreeze property of modified rubber concrete was obviously improved. The effect of the compound modifier is the most obvious. After the modified rubber concrete specimen is formed, there are more pores on the surface. The analysis shows that the modifier introduces a large number of bubbles, which leads to the decrease of the compressive strength. Compared with the reference concrete, the strength of rubber concrete and modified rubber concrete is decreased or not, but the frost resistance of rubber concrete and modified rubber concrete is improved.
