河南某地粘土礦物新型傳壓介質(zhì)研制及金剛石合成工業(yè)試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:河南某地粘土礦物具有優(yōu)異的傳壓和密封性能,是傳統(tǒng)金剛石合成用傳壓介質(zhì)輔料葉蠟石的替代品。將該粘土礦物按照粗(-1.4 mm+0.5 mm)、中(-0.5 mm+0.25 mm)、細(xì)(-0.25 mm)三個(gè)粒級(jí)進(jìn)行配比,重量比為4∶4∶2,并添加5%水玻璃作為粘結(jié)劑,混合均勻,作為密封材料。白云石按照粗(-0.18 mm+0.15 mm)、細(xì)(-0.15 mm)兩個(gè)粒級(jí)進(jìn)行配比,重量比為8∶2,添加8%水玻璃,混合均勻,作為傳壓材料。經(jīng)粉壓成型和焙燒熱處理,制成傳壓層在內(nèi)部,密封層在外部,外形尺寸為65 mm×65 mm×32.5 mm,內(nèi)徑為38.5 mm的分體型復(fù)合傳壓介質(zhì)。經(jīng)金剛石合成工業(yè)試驗(yàn)得出,金剛石產(chǎn)品單產(chǎn)量為116.0 ct,≥130 N顆粒含量為28.0%,≥40/60目顆粒含量為77.5%,單位錘耗為0.28 g。該新型傳壓介質(zhì)的使用性能跟常規(guī)葉蠟石傳壓介質(zhì)相當(dāng),合成出的金剛石產(chǎn)品兩者之間沒有明顯差異。
[Abstract]:The clay mineral in a certain area of Henan Province has excellent pressure transfer and sealing performance, and is a substitute for pyrophyllite, an auxiliary material for the traditional pressure transfer medium for diamond synthesis. The clay mineral is proportioned according to three grained grades: coarse -1.4 mm 0.5 mm ~ (-1) mm ~ (-1) mm ~ (-1) mm ~ (0.5) mm ~ (25) mm ~ (-1) -0. 25 mm ~ (-) ~ (-).
