金剛石液壓機位置和力控制系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:人造金剛石、CBN等超硬材料需要使用金剛石壓力機在高溫高壓條件下合成。研究金剛石壓力機的液壓動力系統(tǒng),提升金剛石壓力機性能,對超硬材料的發(fā)展有重要作用。但我國現(xiàn)存的大批金剛石壓力機性能不高,與國外壓力機對比還有較大的差距。針對這種情況,研究金剛石壓力機的液壓系統(tǒng),提升金剛石壓力機性能是超硬材料合成加工發(fā)展的一個方向。本文設計了一種基于電液比例控制的金剛石壓力機升級方案,以解決現(xiàn)存老式壓機位置和壓力精度低的控制問題。首先,針對金剛石壓力機工作過程,確定了壓力機位置同步和壓力控制升級方案,并選型主要的升級元件。然后,建立了壓力機位置控制數(shù)學模型,并分析了位置模型靜態(tài)和動態(tài)特性。在Simulink模塊中使用跟蹤式控制策略建立了位置同步模型,并使用PID控制算法對同步模型進行校正。通過Simulink模塊研究了壓力機位置同步性能和干擾因素對同步精度的影響。Simulink仿真結果表明:跟蹤式同步控制策略滿足金剛石壓機同步精度要求,背壓和一般負載等干擾因素對同步精度幾乎無影響。其次,根據(jù)金剛石壓力機壓力控制升級方案,建立了壓力控制數(shù)學模型。通過PID控制算法校正,利用Simulink模塊仿真了壓力機在超壓和保壓時的工作情況。研究了超壓和保壓的壓力偏差情況,以及壓力控制滯后問題。仿真結果表明:壓力控制方案滿足要求,相同面積比的大增壓器可以提高補壓速度。最后以實際壓機項目為依托,驗證了壓力控制升級方案滿足要求。同時壓機升級方案擴大了液壓系統(tǒng)使用范圍,提高了客戶的使用性
[Abstract]:Synthetic diamond CBN and other superhard materials need to be synthesized by diamond press under high temperature and high pressure. The hydraulic power system of diamond press is studied to improve the performance of diamond press. It plays an important role in the development of superhard materials. However, the performance of a large number of diamond presses in our country is not high, and there is still a big gap between them. In view of this situation, the hydraulic system of diamond presses is studied. Improving the performance of diamond press is a direction in the development of superhard material synthesis and processing. In this paper, an upgrade scheme of diamond press based on electro-hydraulic proportional control is designed. In order to solve the problem of low position and low pressure precision of the existing old press, firstly, according to the working process of the diamond press, the position synchronization and pressure control upgrade scheme of the press is determined, and the main upgrade components are selected. The position control mathematical model of press is established, and the static and dynamic characteristics of position model are analyzed. The position synchronization model is established by using tracking control strategy in Simulink module. The PID control algorithm is used to correct the synchronization model. The simulation results show that the tracking synchronization control strategy meets the requirements of diamond. The simulation results show that the position synchronization performance of press and the influence of interference factors on the synchronization accuracy are studied by Simulink module. The precision requirement of synchronizing press, The interference factors such as back pressure and general load have little effect on the synchronization accuracy. Secondly, according to the pressure control and upgrading scheme of diamond press, the mathematical model of pressure control is established, and corrected by PID control algorithm. The Simulink module is used to simulate the working conditions of the press when the pressure is overpressure and holding the pressure. The pressure deviation of the pressure and the pressure control lag are studied. The simulation results show that the pressure control scheme meets the requirements. The large supercharger with the same area ratio can increase the speed of filling pressure. Finally, based on the actual press project, it is verified that the pressure control and upgrade scheme meets the requirements. At the same time, the upgrade scheme of the press expands the scope of use of the hydraulic system and improves the customer's serviceability
