水基凝膠注模成型制備氧化鋁陶瓷薄板的工藝研究

【摘要】:水基凝膠注模成型工藝周期短,能近凈尺寸成型不同形狀的陶瓷,制備的陶瓷素坯強度高可機械加工,被廣泛用于各類陶瓷研究和生產(chǎn)。本課題選用丙烯酰胺單體和明膠大分子這兩種水基凝膠體系,制備氧化鋁陶瓷板。通過研究確定各體系成型時的最佳工藝參數(shù),以制備內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)均勻、力學性能優(yōu)良的氧化鋁陶瓷板。對于丙烯酰胺單體體系,通過控制分散劑加入量、PH值、球磨時間制備出了固相含量高達54 vol%的氧化鋁懸浮液。實驗時,研究固相含量對坯體性能的影響,由大量實驗確定坯體的干燥制度和排膠曲線,通過研究單體含量對陶瓷抗折強度和致密度及顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,確定最佳單體添加量,由燒結(jié)溫度對陶瓷微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和力學性能的影響,確定最佳燒結(jié)溫度。結(jié)果表明,當固相含量54 vol%,分散劑含量1.2 wt%,PH=9,球磨時間6小時,單體含量2.7 wt%時,陶瓷素坯和燒結(jié)后的陶瓷性能最好,素坯抗折強度達到23.87 MPa、收縮率為1.99%。素坯經(jīng)排膠后,在1640℃下燒結(jié),測得陶瓷氣孔率為1.78%、體積密度為3.64 g/cm3,抗折強度達到313.62 MPa,此時陶瓷致密度最高、性能最好。針對明膠體系,控制分散劑添加量、PH值、球磨時間和明膠含量制備出適宜注模的氧化鋁懸浮液。測定固相含量與素坯力學性能及線收縮的關(guān)系,研究明膠含量及燒結(jié)溫度對陶瓷性能和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。實驗結(jié)果:固相含量50 vol%,分散劑含量1.0 wt%,PH=9,球磨時間5小時,明膠含量4.5 wt%時,陶瓷素坯和燒結(jié)后的陶瓷性能最好,素坯抗折強度達到5.69 MPa,收縮率為2.36%。在1640℃溫度下燒結(jié),陶瓷氣孔率為3.24%、體積密度為3.60 g/cm3、抗折強度達到269.20 MPa,實驗條件下所得陶瓷致密度最高、性能最好。由丙烯酰胺單體聚合體系所制備的氧化鋁陶瓷板內(nèi)部微觀結(jié)構(gòu)均勻性好,素坯強度高,可在素坯狀態(tài)下機械加工。最佳工藝條件下制備的陶瓷板致密度高,顯微結(jié)構(gòu)均勻,幾乎不存在氣孔,該體系可推廣到工業(yè)化生產(chǎn);而明膠大分子體系制得料漿的最高固相含量僅為50 vol%,成型的陶瓷板材因明膠加熱過程中的發(fā)泡作用,最終陶瓷微觀結(jié)構(gòu)不是很均勻,氣孔率較大,力學性能差,有待進一步改善。
[Abstract]:The water-based gel injection molding process has a short period and can be used to form ceramics of different shapes in near net size. The prepared ceramic blank has high strength and can be machined by mechanical processing. It is widely used in the research and production of various kinds of ceramics. In this paper, two kinds of hydrogel systems, acrylamide monomer and gelatin macromolecule, are used to prepare alumina ceramic plate. Alumina ceramic plates with uniform internal structure and excellent mechanical properties were prepared. For acrylamide monomers, alumina suspensions with solid content of up to 54 volt% were prepared by controlling the amount of dispersant and adding PH value and milling time. The effect of solid content on the properties of the billet was studied. The drying system and the rubber discharge curve of the billet were determined by a large number of experiments. By studying the effect of monomer content on the flexural strength, density and microstructure of the ceramics, the optimum monomer content was determined. According to the effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ceramics, the optimum sintering temperature is determined. The results show that when the solid content is 54 volr, the dispersant content is 1.2 wtmol / h, the milling time is 6 hours, the monomer content is 2.7 wt%. The properties of the raw and sintered ceramics are the best, the flexural strength of the blank is 23.87 MPa, the shrinkage is 1.99.The blank is sintered at 1640 鈩,
