再生微粉在水泥中作用機理的試驗研究

【摘要】:采用激光粒度、水化熱、SEM、XRD和熱重法分析等測試手段,比較再生微粉與其它常用水泥混凝土摻合料的顆粒粒徑、水化過程和水化產物,并由此分析再生微粉在水泥中的作用機理。試驗結果表明:再生微粉用作水泥混凝土摻合料時,可同時產生火山灰效應和微集料效應,但微集料效應較弱,火山灰效應對其活性起到主導作用。
[Abstract]:The particle size, hydration process and hydration products of regenerated micro-powder and other cement concrete admixtures were compared by means of laser particle size, SEM XRD and thermogravimetric analysis. The experimental results show that the pozzolanic effect and micro-aggregate effect can be produced when recycled micro-powder is used as cement concrete admixture, but the micro-aggregate effect is weak. The pozzolanic effect plays a leading role in its activity.
