利用選鈦尾礦制備微晶泡沫玻璃及其性能研究

【摘要】:利用攀枝花選鈦尾礦為主要原料,添加硼砂助熔劑經(jīng)熔融、水淬、發(fā)泡、微晶、退火等系列工藝制備出微晶泡沫玻璃。研究了發(fā)泡劑種類、用量及穩(wěn)泡劑用量、發(fā)泡時(shí)間、發(fā)泡溫度、微晶化溫度及時(shí)間等因素對微晶泡沫玻璃的表觀密度、抗壓強(qiáng)度和吸水率的影響。并通過SEM掃描分析制備的試樣,內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)充滿連通且封閉的不規(guī)則氣泡,孔壁較厚,體積膨脹明顯的多孔狀結(jié)構(gòu)。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)發(fā)泡劑CaCO_3的添加量為2%,穩(wěn)泡劑Na_3PO_4·12H_2O的添加量為5%時(shí),在發(fā)泡溫度840℃時(shí)發(fā)泡20 min,550℃微晶化處理90 min后可以制備孔徑1.8~2.2 mm,表觀密度1.31g/cm~3,抗壓強(qiáng)度16.7 MPa,吸水率為11.3%的微晶泡沫玻璃。
[Abstract]:Glass ceramics foam glass was prepared by adding borax flux through melting, water quenching, foaming, microcrystal, annealing and so on, using Panzhihua titanium tailings as the main raw material. The type and amount of foaming agent and the amount of foam stabilizer and foaming time were studied. The effects of foaming temperature, crystallization temperature and time on the apparent density, compressive strength and water absorption of the glass ceramics were studied. Porous structure with thicker pore wall and obvious volume expansion. The results show that when the amount of foaming agent CaCO_3 is 2 and the amount of foam stabilizer Na_3PO_4 路12H _ 2O is 5, The microcrystalline foams with pore diameter 1.82.2mm, apparent density 1.31g / cm ~ (-3), compressive strength 16.7MPa and water absorption of 11.3% can be prepared by microcrystallization treatment at 840 鈩,
